Open Settings β Load Demo Caseload only if you want a fake sample week to explore (it replaces anything already in this caseload, including other devices if iCloud is on). GridNote does not have its own login. Sync uses iCloud on this Apple ID. It is not a medical device and is not a Medicaid payer connection. Changes save on the device right away, then iCloud syncs when you are signed in.
