99 Tasks

I got 99 tasks, but distraction ain't one. Most task apps trap you in an infinite backlog of forgotten to-dos, complex project hierarchies, and monthly subscription taxes. 99 Tasks cuts through the noise. It gives you exactly 99 private, local-first slots for your active work β calls, payments, errands, follow-ups, and reminders. When your stack is full, you finish what's there before adding more. The constraint IS the superpower. What you can do in 30 seconds: β’ Capture a task by typing β natural language parses categories, due dates, and slots inline β’ Tap a row's icons to set focus, important, My Day, reminder, notes, or clear β’ Swipe left to clear, swipe right to focus β’ Find any task by what it means, not just the words you used β’ Set a local reminder in one tap β’ Plan your day with My Day β the app suggests overdue and due-today items for you Why 99 Tasks instead of another todo app: β’ Exactly 99 slots. No infinite backlog. No boards. No projects. β’ Local-first. Your tasks live on your device. Sync is optional, not required. β’ No account. No email. No password. Open the app and start. β’ One-time $4.99 Lifetime. No monthly subscription. Three days free to try everything. β’ On-device semantic search β your task contents never leave your device. β’ iOS home-screen widget in three sizes. Mac menu bar companion. Built for: β’ People with too many task apps who keep starting new ones β’ Founders, operators, freelancers, and builders who live in many apps β’ Anyone with attention friction who benefits from a fixed visual stack β’ Mac users who want a menu bar task companion β’ People who want a private paid utility instead of another account-based todo app
Hivecard

Prepare a focused multi-hive visit from real inspection records, keep each stopβs context visible, and save a shareable account of what you checked. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Rounds, name the visit, add your own purpose and select the hives to include. 2. Prepare the round to freeze the latest two recorded inspections for each hive. Missing measurements stay unknown, and different mite-count methods are not compared. 3. Work through each stop, add a visit note, and mark it checked or skipped. Resume later, share the field record, or delete the round without changing hive inspections. Hive profiles, inspections, apiaries, harvests, treatment logs, feeding, queen records, trends, inspection schedules and references remain available. WHAT TO KNOW Field rounds are planning and recordkeeping tools. A checked stop does not create a detailed inspection or verify colony health. No diagnosis or treatment instruction is generated. Records dated after preparation are excluded, and snapshots do not silently change when inspections change. iPhone and iPad.
