GalacticDrop Drop planets. Merge worlds. Conquer the cosmos. GalacticDrop is a physics-based puzzle game where you drop planetary bodies into a container and merge matching planets to create larger, more powerful worlds — all the way up to the Sun, which implodes in a burst of energy. Three Ways to Play Classic Mode — stack and merge planets to reach the highest score before space runs out. Void Mode — a wider, darker challenge with its own leaderboard and its own bragging rights. Hyperbolic Mode — the rules change. Special cosmic objects drop alongside your planets, each with its own behavior: a Delete ball that destroys everything it touches, a Spaceship that abducts and saves a planet for later, a Comet that merges with the first planet it hits, a Black Hole that pulls in nearby worlds, a Clone that upgrades your neighbors, a Nebula that evolves everything it settles near, and a Magic 8 Ball that rolls a random number and merges accordingly. No two drops feel the same. Bend the Rules with Power-Ups Nova — eliminate any planet type from the board. Gravity — shake the board to shift planets into new positions. Compete Every Week Weekly leaderboards in all modes. Earn badges for top finishes. Your rank resets every Sunday — so every game matters. Features Physics-based merging gameplay Three distinct game modes Seven unique special objects in Hyperbolic mode Three active power-ups Weekly competitive leaderboards and badge system Cross-device profile restore with Player ID

Tonight's real sky changes the game. Drop, merge, and grow a meteor into the Sun. Offline. No ads. No account needed. SKY EVENT NIGHTS On real meteor shower nights — the Perseids, the Geminids and more — gravity shifts, scores climb, and actual shooting stars fall onto your board. On a shower's peak night even a weak shower is felt, and Meteors fall from the shower's real direction in the sky. On the day of a solar eclipse the board goes dark. When a planet is at opposition, the Daily Run shows the next 5 bodies. During a full moon, Moon merges glow brighter. The calendar is astronomical; the consequences are playable. ANDROMEDA NIGHT On the evening of December 2, the Andromeda Galaxy climbs straight overhead in Istanbul's sky. Your best Endless run that night becomes your yearly Andromeda record. DAILY RUN One board for everyone, every day. The same layout under the same sky, built from the date itself — no server involved. Powers are off, you get 100 drops and a single attempt. Share your result card and stay in orbit: every day you play adds a day in orbit. Miss a day and your orbit holds instead of breaking, once every 7 days. STAR ROUTE 13 constellations, 65 levels — and every constellation plays under the surface gravity of a real celestial body, from the Moon's floaty 0.17g to the crushing pull of the Sun. Finish a level in fewer drops and you earn more stars — stars open the road. Along the route you'll also meet 17 proven-solvable puzzle levels, where the full piece sequence is visible from the very first drop. ECLIPTIC YEAR The Sun passes in front of 13 constellations each year — Ophiuchus is one of them. Each one is a box. While the Sun is there, a day counts when a run you finish reaches that constellation's body or Neptune; when half the days count, the box is sealed. A sealed box unlocks a new look and a Codex entry. TONIGHT Open the almanac to see what is above you right now: current moon phase, visible planets, constellations, where the Andromeda Galaxy sits tonight, and the upcoming eclipse and meteor shower calendar — all computed on your device. Location is optional and never leaves your phone. A COMPLETE LITTLE UNIVERSE - 12 tiers to merge: Meteor, Asteroid, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus, Earth, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, Sun — and two Suns collapse into a supernova - Three powers when you need them: Black Hole, Swap, Undo - Earn Stardust, browse the Cosmic Catalogue for observation filters and sound packs, and fund the Dyson Sphere monument project - Every planet is drawn procedurally by code — no textures, no two worlds alike - An adaptive synthesized soundtrack that follows your play - An optional Game Center leaderboard: connect for a global rank, or ignore it — the game plays the same either way - After every run, a quick look at yourself: how far from your record, bodies you made for the first time, your last 10 runs - iCloud sync: Star Route, your orbit and the Ecliptic Year follow you to your other devices; turn it off in Settings - Nothing is for sale: every mode and every level is included, free - Fully localized in English and Turkish Ecliptic is a planet merge game you can play in one hand and an almanac you can trust: if the app says the Perseids peak tonight, they really do — step outside and check. PRIVACY, PLAINLY No ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics, no tracking, and no account needed. Everything runs on your device and works completely offline. Two exceptions, both run by Apple: the optional Game Center leaderboard, which stays off until you turn it on, and iCloud sync of your progress through your own iCloud account, which you can turn off in Settings.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ECLIPTIC at none against GalacticDrop's 3. ECLIPTIC also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
