BPPB is a private personal note-taking and logging utility for blood pressure readings from your own external blood pressure monitor. Use BPPB to save readings, pulse values, dates, optional notes, and monitor photos for your own recordkeeping. You can add a reading manually, take a photo of your monitor, or choose a monitor photo from your library. When photo import is used, optical character recognition suggests values, and you can review or correct them before saving. BPPB includes a dashboard, reading history, trend charts, and plain-language educational context to help you understand your personal log. BPPB does not measure blood pressure using iPhone sensors. It is not a medical device, remote patient monitoring service, diagnostic tool, treatment tool, or clinical decision support tool. It does not provide medical advice. Always talk with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions, and seek urgent medical help for concerning symptoms or emergency-range readings. The current app is designed for local personal tracking. It does not include accounts, backend sync, ads, or tracking.

You're not lazy. You're overstimulated. Prescribed treatment: the most boring object we could find. A wall. Stare at a wall. That's it. That's the app. Ever stared at a wall and wondered "...but how did I do?" This app is for you. On-device AI scores how well you hold still. Your distracting apps stay locked until you've done your daily stare. Your first stare will be short. Most people start under a minute. Stick with it, and by week six most users are holding 14 unbroken minutes. Not a promise, a projection. The wall is patient. Are you? HOW IT WORKS: 1. Prop your phone up so it faces you 2. Face a blank, empty wall 3. Settle into a comfortable position 4. Stare at the wall THE BENEFITS: - Your worst apps stay locked until you've earned them back - The shower-thought effect, minus the water bill - Ride elevators without checking your phone - Work for two hours without negotiating with yourself - Watch entire films without a second screen - Being bored, and weirdly okay with it WHAT'S INSIDE: - A 0–100 Stare Score every session with a second-by-second analysis of your stillness, posture, look-aways, fidgets, and blinks. At 100 the scale breaks. We call it Wallmaxxed. - Advanced gaze and posture detection. You can't cheat the wall. - App blocking on Apple's Screen Time framework, with a custom wall shield and a countdown of the staring you owe. - Hardcore mode: you can't delete the app until you've hit today's goal. - Wall of Fame: 20 legendary walls to unlock, from Drywall to the Great Wall of China. - Beautiful charts, mood trends, and personal bests to track progress over time. - Grayscale mode to desaturate the whole app. - A daily quote worth sitting with, from the Stoics and the Taoists, plus Wallmaxxing tips. PRIVACY: No footage of you staring at a wall is saved. Your video feed never leaves your phone, because there is nowhere for it to go. What happens between you and the wall is between you two. SUBSCRIPTION: All features described above require an active subscription. Eligible new subscribers can try the yearly plan free for seven days. After the trial, the subscription renews at the yearly price shown in the app unless cancelled before the trial ends. Other available plans and their billing periods are shown before purchase.
