Guidex

Guidex is your clean, visual exercise guide for learning gym movements, home workouts, strength training, and bodyweight exercises with better form. Most fitness apps focus on tracking workouts or selling complicated plans. Guidex focuses on something simpler and more important: helping you understand how to perform each exercise correctly. Open the app, search any exercise, watch the movement, read the steps, understand the target muscles, and save the exercises you want to revisit. LEARN EXERCISES THE RIGHT WAY Every exercise is designed to be easy to understand. Guidex gives you clear video demos, step-by-step instructions, form tips, muscle group details, equipment info, and movement type so you know what you are doing before you train. EXPLORE A COMPLETE EXERCISE LIBRARY Browse exercises by major muscle groups like chest, back, shoulders, arms, abs, legs, and full body. Find movements for dumbbells, barbells, machines, cables, bodyweight training, and more. SEARCH FAST, TRAIN SMARTER Use fast search or voice search to find the exercise you need. Looking for push-ups, squats, pull-ups, bench press, curls, rows, lunges, or planks? Guidex helps you get there quickly. FILTER BY YOUR TRAINING NEED Find exercises based on difficulty, equipment, muscle group, and movement type. This makes it easier to discover alternatives when a machine is busy, equipment is not available, or you want to train a specific muscle. SAVE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES Keep useful exercises in your saved list so you can come back to them anytime. Guidex also remembers recently viewed exercises, making it easy to revisit movements you are learning. WATCH VIDEO DEMOS Guidex includes video-based exercise guidance so you can see how a movement should look before trying it yourself. This helps you understand tempo, body position, and exercise flow more clearly than text alone. FOLLOW STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES Each movement includes simple instructions that break the exercise into clear steps. No confusing jargon. Just practical guidance that helps you move with more confidence. UNDERSTAND MUSCLE TARGETS See which muscles an exercise works and how it fits into your training. This helps you build better workouts, avoid random exercise selection, and train with more purpose. DISCOVER SIMILAR EXERCISES When you open an exercise, Guidex suggests similar movements so you can explore alternatives, variations, or other exercises for the same muscle group. BUILT FOR BEGINNERS AND GYM USERS Guidex is useful if you are new to fitness, returning to training, learning gym equipment, building a strength routine, or simply checking technique before a workout. WHY DOWNLOAD GUIDEX? Because good training starts with understanding the movement. Guidex helps you answer the questions people ask in the gym every day: How do I do this exercise? Which muscle does it train? What equipment do I need? What are the steps? Is there a similar exercise? Can I save this for later? Instead of guessing, scrolling through random videos, Guidex gives you a focused exercise library built for quick learning. About

MoveAtlas

Features

Find the movement you need, then keep the settings you want to remember. MoveAtlas combines a free offline atlas of 1,324 exercises with your own gym notebook. Search names in English, French, German and Spanish, including common aliases such as pushups and bench press. Filter by body area, muscle and equipment. Your active gym keeps the results within its equipment. My gym brings your existing machine cards together, with your notes and personal photos. Search those cards by exercise name or by a setting you wrote, and switch gyms to find the right cards. Favorites remain available from the atlas. Exercise pages show native reference cards and text instructions. They contain no third-party exercise animations. Names are localized in four languages; this does not mean all technical instructions are translated. Five common movements have French and German instructions checked against the English source; other French and German notices explicitly show the original English. Other language coverage varies. Generate and save workouts locally. Add an exercise directly to a plan, browse manual alternatives for your gym, replace an item and undo the change. Alternatives are choices to review, not a guarantee that exercises are interchangeable. The generator keeps your equipment and body-area constraints and explains incomplete selections. The atlas, search, favorites, saved workouts and gym profiles are free. The notebook includes 5 items across personal exercises, machine cards and cycles; eligible users from before version 1.1.0 retain 25. One optional purchase removes that limit, without a subscription. Existing entries remain readable and editable. No account, ads or analytics. Notes and personal photos stay on this device. Catalogue browsing works offline; purchases and restoration use Apple StoreKit and may require a connection. Unreadable saved data is protected against accidental replacement.
