You’re not lazy. You just don’t have a list of things you can do today. JengaLife breaks “I want a better life” into small pillars you’d be happy to keep doing: exercise, reading, time with family, saving, calling your parents… Do one, tap +1. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick 3 pillars in 30 seconds and log your first +1 right away 2. After that, tap +1 each time, and jot down a note if you like 3. If one goes quiet you get a gentle nudge. If you’re done with it, restart, switch it up, or let it go WHAT YOU GET • 9 life dimensions and 90 curated pillars: Goal, Passion, Heart, Life, Learning, Family, Money, Health and Skill. Add your own too • Start with zero effort: every pillar comes with 3 ways to begin in a few minutes • A 9-dimension radar: the more you invest, the bigger your map • Day streaks, a 14-week heatmap, and a streak for each pillar • Three Home Screen widgets: Today’s pillar, My pillars and the 9-D map • Smart reminders made on your device: daily nudge, bedtime line and weekly review, at times you choose. The wording adapts to whether you’ve checked in and which pillars are slowing down • AI to help you find pillars: built-in prompts you copy to the AI assistant you already use, then paste its answer back to import in bulk (requires a third-party AI service of your choice) • Undo a mis-tap, delete entries, export all your data (Markdown), and share your radar as an image • Memory Archive: pillars you let go are kept safely, not erased PRIVACY Everything stays on your phone. No account, no uploading your records, no tracking. PRICE Try everything free for 3 days, then pay once and keep it for life. Not a subscription, no auto-renewal. Start now: pick 3 small things and do the first one today.

The apps that eat your day stay shut until you've earned them back. You pick which apps, and you set the three goals that open them. SET AT LEAST THREE. EARN YOUR APPS. Every morning, set three goals. Anything real: a walk, a chapter of a book, a phone call you've been putting off. Finish all three and the apps you chose open until midnight. Leave them, and the shield stays up. Add daily habits too, and they count towards the day. A BEDTIME FOR YOUR PHONE Pick a sleep window and a wind-down hour, and your apps shut themselves at the time you set. No goals to finish, nothing to decide at 11pm. Free, for everyone. FOCUS BLOCKS Start a timer, say what you're working on, and your apps stay shut until it ends. FRIENDS, NOT A FEED Pick a handle and add a few people. You'll see each other's daily goals, and how many days in a row you've each finished them. You both have to agree before either of you sees anything. No algorithm, no strangers, no feed. AN HONEST WAY OUT Need fifteen minutes rather than quitting cold? Lower the Shield, three times a day, on your own terms. Shield is a commitment device, not a cage. YOUR SCREEN TIME STAYS YOURS Shield runs on Apple's own Screen Time. Your app choices stay private even from us; Apple hands the app an anonymous token, never the names of the apps you picked. History shows you where your time actually went, and none of it leaves your phone. No ads, nothing sold. Shield is free and there are no in-app purchases. An account takes about twenty seconds, and is what keeps your goals and your friends when you change phones. Shield isn't a willpower app. It's a trade: do the things that matter, and earn back wasted time.
