meow is a native iOS proxy client built on the meow-rs engine β€” wrapped in a SwiftUI iOS 26 Liquid Glass UI, with traffic carried by a NetworkExtension packet tunnel provider. If you have ever managed a Clash or meow-rs configuration, meow will feel familiar. Subscribe to a YAML config, choose a proxy group, flip the toggle, and your traffic flows through the proxy engine β€” all on-device, with no cloud component. WHAT IT DOES β€’ Clash-protocol YAML subscriptions with auto-refresh and a built-in YAML editor β€’ Rule-based traffic routing (domain, IP, GeoIP, GeoSITE) β€’ DNS-over-HTTPS resolution β€’ Per-app proxy groups, latency tests, and selector switching β€’ On-device packet tunnel β€” no external server handles your traffic SUPPORTED PROTOCOLS Shadowsocks, Trojan, and VLESS outbounds (with TLS, WebSocket, gRPC, H2 and HTTPUpgrade transports). HTTP and SOCKS5 outbounds are also supported for upstream proxies. PRIVACY Your subscription URLs, proxy credentials, configurations, and tunneled traffic stay on your device and are never transmitted by meow. The packet tunnel runs locally inside the Network Extension sandbox. The app does not collect analytics, subscription URLs, proxy credentials, configuration contents, DNS queries, or tunneled traffic. See the privacy policy for details. REQUIREMENTS β€’ iOS 26 or later (iPhone and iPad) β€’ A proxy subscription you trust β€” meow does not provide any proxy servers meow is a one-time purchase, with no in-app purchases and no subscription fees. "Subscription" here means a proxy configuration URL (a Clash-style config subscription) that you supply β€” not a paid subscription. OPEN SOURCE meow-ios is open source.
