Hit&Speed

Hit&Speed is a performance analysis app that uses measurements collected from Apple Watch to detect explosive speed (G-force), strike duration (ms), and stable phase duration (ms). Metrics Explained • G-Force: Indicates how quickly the body accelerates during movement. • Strike Duration: The time interval from the beginning to the end of a strike, measured in milliseconds. • Stable Phase Duration: The duration of contact with the target while maintaining a stable strike angle, measured in milliseconds. The human eye can perceive approximately 24 frames per second. Hit&Speed measures performance in milliseconds, allowing athletes and coaches to analyze movements with far greater precision. Our goal is to help athletes improve their technique using objective real-time data without changing their existing training routines. Hit&Speed can be used across sports where explosive speed and impact performance are critical, including: • Football – Shooting • Boxing – Punching • Tennis – Serves, Forehands, and Backhands • Volleyball – Serves and Spikes • Golf – Swing Analysis • Taekwondo – Kicks • Swimming – Stroke and Kick Analysis • Athletics – Sprint Movement Analysis A high-quality strike is produced by effectively transferring force generated by the entire body. Strikes relying only on arm or leg strength are generally less efficient and may indicate technical limitations. For optimal performance, acceleration generated by the body should be transferred to the target before significant energy loss occurs. Athletes should aim for: • Higher G-Force values • Shorter Strike Duration • Shorter Stable Phase Duration A high G-Force combined with a short Stable Phase Duration indicates efficient force transfer to the target. Athletes and coaches can establish their own benchmarks based on sport, age group, and gender, allowing the app to be adapted to different performance levels and training environments. Sports performance improves not only through training but also through consistent monitoring of meaningful data. Hit&Speed transforms measurement results into clear and actionable metrics, making training progress easier to understand and evaluate. MEASURE. ANALYZE. REPEAT. IMPROVE YOUR TECHNIQUE. All measurements collected with Apple Watch are stored in your history, allowing you to compare past and current results, monitor progress over time, and identify performance changes more easily. Hit&Speed also offers a global ranking experience to help users stay motivated and track improvement using real performance data. Designed not only for individual athletes but also for teams and clubs, Hit&Speed enables you to create teams, manage athletes, track team scores, access athlete lists, and analyze team performance from a broader perspective. Volta is a running app built around the music — with three ways to run. LET IT DJ — during the run, Volta cues each next track to how you're actually moving. PLAN IT — before you go, Volta builds a playlist matched to your target pace and cadence. JUST PRESS PLAY — run to your own music, and Volta maps it for you. Whichever you choose, your route and your listening land on one timeline afterward — so you can see exactly what every song did to your pace. MUSIC THAT READS YOUR BODY In Match My Vibe mode, Volta watches how you're moving and picks the next song to match. Want to steer? Tap Hype to push the energy up, or Cool to bring it down — anytime. PLAN THE PLAYLIST BEFORE YOU GO Set your target pace, distance, and energy curve, and Volta builds a playlist shaped for that exact run. See every track's BPM before you start, and swap or reorder anything until it's yours. EVERY SONG, SHOWN ON THE MAP Your route, colored by pace and split by track. Tap any segment to see what was playing and how fast you were moving there. THE SONG THAT MADE YOU FASTEST After every run, Volta surfaces your Power Track — the one song you ran fastest to, with your pace on it and how far above your average it pushed you. YOUR SONGS, RANKED BY WHAT THEY DO FOR YOU Your whole library, sorted by the pace you actually ran to each track. Filter by month, sort by pace, and find the songs that reliably deliver — so your next playlist is built on what works. KNOW WHEN YOU HIT FLOW When your steps per minute lock to the beat, running feels easier. Volta shows you which tracks matched your stride and which didn't — so you learn what carries you. SHARE IT Turn any run into a clean, shareable image — your route, your top tracks, your pace — ready for your camera roll or your feed. Volta works with Apple Music and Apple Health.
