Abyss Crossroads — a dark fantasy roguelike you can finish in five minutes. Ten floors lie beneath you. Each one offers two or three paths. Battle, or treasure. A curse, or a moment of rest. A trap, or something worse. The signs point the way, but they promise nothing. Only your choices carve the road into the deep. ■ FEATURES 【Runs that last five to eight minutes】 - Built for a commute, a break, the minutes before sleep - Death costs you nothing but the run. Begin again at once - No account required. Play the moment it opens 【Five classes, five different games】 - Warrior — high vitality. Ironwall turns one killing blow aside - Mage — fragile, but the Tome of Flame strikes far harder - Rogue — reads traps, slips past them, survives on positioning - Paladin — balanced in attack and defence. Prayer of the Aegis mends his own wounds (unlocked with Coins earned through play) - Berserker — the nearer to death, the harder he hits. Bloodrage turns his wounds into strength (unlocked with Coins earned through play) 【Events, and the choices they force】 - Battle, treasure, healing springs, merchants, traps, cursed altars, discovered items, empty rooms - The Infernal Pact. The Devil's Bargain. The Sealed Door. Every gift asks for something back - The emoji hints are a guess, never a guarantee. Read the room, then commit 【Floor bosses and second forms】 - The Dragon Zombie waits on the fifth floor, and its poison lingers - Gardan, Lord of the Nether, holds the tenth — shielded in darkness, and he does not fall in one shape - The Ironclad Ogre on the third, the Shadow Assassin on the seventh. Elite encounters that punish carelessness 【The curse system】 - Take power, and take the rot that comes with it - Bleeding, Withering, Avarice, Frailty. The reckless hand decides the run 【Coins and achievements】 - Every run pays out, whether you win or die. Depth is progress - Six achievements grant bonus Coins - Spend what you have gathered to unlock the Paladin and the Berserker 【The Daily Challenge】 - Every day, everyone descends into the same abyss (the same rooms, the same foes, the same relics) and competes on that day's ranking - One attempt a day. Suspend mid-run and you can pick it up again the same day - The class changes daily. Even one you have not unlocked is yours to try for the day - A shorter descent than the usual ten floors: five floors only. The bosses hit harder than usual, and the lineup changes daily, deep bosses included 【High scores and online rankings】 - Your best run is kept on the device - Compete on per-class leaderboards against other players - Sign in with Google or Apple to carry your record to a new phone 【Bought once. That is all】 - No advertisements - No in-app purchases. Coins come from playing, and only from playing - Every boss, every event, every corner of the game is included 【Dark fantasy, throughout】 - Cinzel typography, cut for the solemn - Black and gold, and very little else - Music and sound built for the weight of the place ■ FOR PLAYERS WHO - Want a roguelike that respects a short session - Enjoy the tension of an irreversible choice - Are tired of advertisements and gacha monetisation - Are drawn to dark fantasy - Have a few minutes and want them to count ■ HOW TO PLAY 1. Choose a class — Warrior, Mage, Rogue, and in time the Paladin and the Berserker 2. Choose a path — one of two or three 3. Resolve what you find — a battle, a hoard, a wound closed, a bargain struck 4. Kill the floor boss and descend 5. Reach the tenth floor, and end Gardan The Abyss tests you at every crossroads. Choose. ■ SUPPORT Questions and requests are welcome through the support URL on this page. Music: 魔王魂 (Maou Damashii)
