SquadNote helps sports teams, clubs and school groups manage practice schedules, attendance and member communication in one place. Stop repeating "When is the next practice?" and "Who is coming?" in group chats. Share one current schedule and let everyone respond from the same link. RESPOND WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Share a public practice link in LINE or any group chat. Members can choose Going, Maybe or Not going without installing the app or creating an account. MANAGE PRACTICES AND ATTENDANCE Add the date, location, capacity, court count, tags and organizer. Filter the practice list by your RSVP or show only practices you organize. WAITLISTS THAT FOLLOW RESPONSE ORDER When a practice reaches capacity, later responses enter the waitlist. The next person is promoted when a place opens. SHARE A MONTH AT ONCE Create a monthly summary grouped by location. Choose whether canceled or full practices should appear before sharing it with your group. MEMBERS, ROLES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Invite members with a link, manage owner and admin roles, and post announcements for the team. REMIND MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT RESPONDED Admins can see how many members have not answered and share an RSVP link in the group chat. This action does not send a push notification by itself. SquadNote works for badminton, tennis, volleyball, futsal, baseball and other team activities. You can also belong to more than one team. About

Doubles Round Robin Board

Features

Build a doubles round robin where the rests are fair, and where the rests are visible. NO ONE SITS OUT TWICE IN A ROW From the number of players and the number of courts, the app builds each round so that games played and rests stay even. Whoever sat out is put back on court next round. WHEN IT CANNOT BE KEPT, IT SAYS SO FIRST If there are too many players for the courts you have, the app tells you before it prints anything: someone will have to sit out twice in a row. It never hands you an unfair sheet in silence. It also tells you how many courts would make it fair. YOU CAN SEE WHO HAS RESTED A standings screen lists games played and rests for every player, so the next person to sit out is obvious to everyone. READABLE FROM ACROSS THE GYM Court numbers and names are drawn as large as the screen allows. Stand an iPad up on the bench and players can read it from the court. PEOPLE WHO ARRIVE LATE OR LEAVE EARLY Members can step out and come back without being deleted from the list. The gap that opened while they were away is closed after they return. RULES YOU SET Keep two people together as a fixed pair, or put players of similar level on the same court. EXPORT Save the current round as an image, or the whole session as an A4 record sheet. FREE One court and up to 8 players, with the full fairness. No ads. Pro (one time payment, no subscription) adds 2 or more courts, 9 or more players, the rules above, and export. NO PERMISSIONS Names are typed in. The app does not use contacts, notifications or the camera. The app is available in English and Japanese.
