Agentmux turns your iPhone and iPad into a command center for remote development. Connect to your servers, resume persistent tmux sessions, launch coding agents, browse project files, preview Markdown and web apps, and make quick code edits without opening a laptop. Agentmux is built for developers who already live in terminals, SSH, tmux, and AI coding agents. Run coding agents from your phone Launch Claude, Codex, OpenCode, Antigravity, Cursor, Qwen, Kimi, Grok, Hermes, Pi, OpenClaw, and your own custom CLI agents directly inside remote project sessions. Agentmux discovers your projects, keeps agent launch actions close to the work, and tells you when an agent is working, done, or waiting for you. AI Permission Review Let AI handle routine permission prompts while you're away. It uses your own AI endpoint and API key, asks you whenever it isn't confident, and records every decision in an audit log you can review. Keep sessions alive with tmux & Live Activities Remote work should not disappear when Wi-Fi drops or iOS switches networks. Agentmux integrates deeply with tmux so you can reconnect and continue where you left off, and it restores your tabs when you reopen the app. Monitor background tasks and active sessions at a glance with Lock Screen Live Activities and Dynamic Island. If tmux is missing, Agentmux can help install it on supported servers. Browse and edit remote projects Open a file explorer over SSH/SFTP, move through project folders, inspect Git context, preview Markdown, and edit text and code files with line numbers and syntax highlighting. Edit configs with confidence using strict validation for JSON, YAML, and TOML. Swipe through remote image galleries, and play remote videos and audio right away without downloading the whole file. Preview web apps Forward a port over SSH and open your dev server in the built-in browser, with console logs at hand. Designed for mobile terminals Use the iPhone shortcut panel for arrow keys, Ctrl, Esc, Tab, Home/End, and other terminal controls. Copy text that spans more than one screen, and copy from remote editors like Vim and Neovim to your clipboard with OSC 52. Scroll inside mouse-aware programs such as vim. On iPad, use a hardware keyboard, trackpad, landscape layout, and a larger workspace. Sync your workflow Optional iCloud sync keeps supported server settings, recent sessions, and recent files available across your own devices. SSH credentials are stored securely in the iOS Keychain. Agentmux is a focused SSH workspace for developers who want their remote dev box, coding agents, tmux sessions, files, and editor in one mobile app. 14-day free trial with Pro features. Agentmux Pro is available as a lifetime unlock.

Manage coding agents and tmux sessions on your Mac or Linux server from your phone. Install gtmux on your Mac or Linux server and pair your phone. Claude Code, Codex, DeepSeek Harness, other coding agents, and ordinary terminal panes will appear on your phone, so you can follow their progress and respond while you're away from your desk. HQ (Headquarter) HQ is the command center for your agents. It follows their sessions, works out what needs your decision and what can continue, then catches you up on what changed. It acts on your behalf only within the scope you authorize, with a record of every action. As work progresses, HQ adds reusable lessons to your local knowledge base. It draws on what worked before when a similar task comes up. Your corrections and new evidence help it revise old lessons and its own approach, so it gets to know your projects and preferences over time. Session status The radar lists your panes and agents, with text, icons and colors for their status. For agents without a direct integration, gtmux can read the terminal screen to identify their state. Replies and commands Answer an agent or send a command to a terminal from your phone. Permission requests and recognized choices appear in the conversation. A Keys panel supports function keys and modifier combinations. You can also bring a session to the front on your Mac. Pairing permissions control terminal input; read-only access cannot type into a pane. Other features • Get notified when an agent needs you or finishes. • Start a new tmux session on your server from your phone. • Check available quota, reset times, account balances and recorded token usage. • See the current agent's state on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. • Share a link limited to the sessions you choose. Revoke it at any time; input access must be enabled separately. • On iPad, the radar sits in the sidebar beside the open session, with room for HQ and pending decisions. Hardware keyboard shortcuts are supported. • Available in English and Simplified Chinese. Connecting gtmux is free and open source, and runs on Mac and Linux. Connect from the phone app, terminal, browser, or gtmux attach on another computer. A menu bar app is also available on Mac. Install the server first, then pair your phone. Setup guide: ccy.dev/projects/gtmux. Anywhere access can use a gtmux tunnel without a VPN. You can also connect over your own network. Agents continue running on your server. Privacy gtmux collects no data. There is no account. Your sessions and your token stay on your device and your server. Notifications are sent by your server through a relay, which forwards them to Apple's push service without storing them.
