My Diaries vs Pinpal Notes

YOUR LIFE DESERVES MORE THAN ONE STORY. Some memories belong in a travel journal. Others in a work log, a creative notebook, or a late-night personal diary. My Diaries gives each one its own space, its own identity, and its own look — so every chapter of your life has exactly the home it deserves. YOUR DIARIES, YOUR WAY. Create as many diaries as your life has chapters. Each one looks and feels like a real physical journal on your shelf — personalize the style, make it yours. Write freely, organize effortlessly, and find any entry in a tap. STAY IN SYNC, EVERYWHERE. Write on your iPhone, continue on your iPad, and pick up right where you left off on your Mac. With iCloud Sync, your journals travel with you across all your Apple devices — seamlessly and automatically. PRIVATE BY DESIGN. Lock any diary with a password and biometrics. My Diaries gives you granular control over which diaries are protected and which are open — no all-or-nothing compromise. When a diary is locked, its notes disappear — completely out of sight. WRITE WITH STYLE. My Diaries comes with a rich text editor that lets you format your entries the way you want — bold, italic, headings, custom fonts, and more. Whether you're writing a structured log or a stream of thought, your words look the way you intended. BUILD A WRITING HABIT. My Diaries lets you set a personal daily reminder for each diary — choose the time and the days that fit your routine. No annoying push notifications — only the reminders you create, at the exact time and days you choose. FIND ANYTHING, INSTANTLY. My Diaries' advanced search and flexible sort options make it effortless to find exactly what you're looking for, no matter how many entries you have. BOOKMARKS. Bookmark any note and it instantly joins your personal collection of highlights — accessible from its own dedicated screen, ready when you need it. TAGS & LOCATIONS. Create custom tags to group notes by theme, project, mood, or anything else that makes sense to you. Attach a location to any entry and build a living map of your memories — revisiting not just what you felt, but exactly where you were when you felt it. YOUR MEMORIES, COMPLETE. Attach photos, documents, or any files directly to a note and keep everything that belongs together in one place. Browse all your attachments across every note from a single place, filtered by file type if needed. EXPORT & IMPORT. Your diaries are always yours to keep. Export individual notes or entire diaries into clean, readable formats like TXT, PDF, perfect for sharing or archiving. Need a complete backup? A beautiful notes app. Your AI can open it too. Pinpal Notes is a clean, simple place to write on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Folders, notes and checklists, and nothing else. When you want, the AI you already use, like Claude or ChatGPT, can connect and work in the same notes. JUST A PLACE TO WRITE Write, add a heading, tick a box. Folders on the first page, with a picture if you like. Headings, lists and checklists from one floating bar, and never any markup. A photo or a PDF on the note it belongs to. Star and archive. A home-screen widget for your latest notes. What is not here: no databases, no blocks, no pages inside pages, no templates, no AI buttons, no AI rewriting your words. There is no AI inside the app at all. YOU AND YOUR AI, IN THE SAME NOTES It writes, you tick: ask Claude for a barbecue shopping list for eight. It lands in Shopping, and you tick it off in the store. You write, it reads: jot down your thoughts on the kitchen. Weeks later, ask "What did I decide about the worktop?" It keeps your lists current: say "add dish soap to the grocery list" and it adds to the list you already have. You both edit: it writes a running plan, you note how each run went, and next week it adjusts the same note. WORKS WITH THE AI YOU ALREADY USE Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports connectors (MCP). Add Pinpal Notes as a connector and sign in. Only the AI you choose can reach your notes; every connection is listed under Account, and you can revoke one at any time. YOUR NOTES ARE YOURS Kept on servers in the EU (Amsterdam). No ads, never sold, never used to train AI. The only AI that sees them is the one you connect. PRICING Try everything free for a week, then one monthly subscription for unlimited notes. No ads. Already using Pinpal Notes? Your 20 free notes stay free. If your subscription lapses, your notes are kept, never deleted. The subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
