WHAT YOU CAN DO • Create unlimited menus, organized by category (starters, mains, desserts, drinks…) • Add dishes with name, description, price, emoji, availability toggle, and tags • Mark the 14 EU allergens (Reg. 1169/2011) on every dish • Pick from 5 designed themes: Elegante, Trattoria, Minimal, Vivace, Zen • Live HTML preview of the finished menu • Edit the generated HTML directly for advanced customizations • Export as a self-contained ZIP (HTML + assets), ready to share or host • Bilingual editor: Italian and English OFFLINE BY DESIGN Carta works without an internet connection and stores everything on your device. Your menu data never leaves your iPhone or iPad unless you export it yourself. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. PERFECT FOR • Restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, osterias • Cafés, bistros, bakeries, pastry shops • Bars, pubs, wine bars, cocktail bars • Catering, food trucks, pop-ups • Hotels, B&Bs, small inns • Private events, weddings, dinners • Anyone serving food who needs a quick, professional digital menu EXPORT WHERE YOU LIKE The ZIP contains a single index.html and its assets. You can: • Open it in any browser • Host it on a local web server inside your venue (so guests load it from your WiFi instead of the internet) • Share it via email, AirDrop, or messaging • Print it from the browser • Keep timestamped exports as your menu history PRIVACY Carta does not collect personal data, does not use trackers, and does not require an account.

Build a reheating schedule that sequences items sharing an appliance and includes a setup allowance before each heated item. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Tools and choose Batch Plate Planner. 2. Select up to five foods, portion size and setup allowance using your enabled appliances. 3. Review each estimated start and finish, account for earlier finishes and use a thermometer before serving. Food methods, timers, stored-food tracking and favorites remain available. Searching for another food no longer silently removes already selected foods from the batch. WHAT TO KNOW One item per appliance is scheduled; different appliances may overlap. Setup time is a user estimate and may be insufficient for preheating or changing temperature. Timer completion never verifies food safety. Reheat leftovers to 165°F / 74°C throughout. Serve promptly or hold hot at least 140°F / 60°C, checked with a thermometer; the planner does not provide holding equipment. iPhone and iPad.
