Record is a diary of personal records for your workouts. No extra screens, no cluttered spreadsheets: you log only your best result in an exercise and watch yourself grow week after week. WHY ONLY RECORDS Ordinary workout logs make you fill in a table of dozens of sets, and a week later people quit. Record keeps one number per exercise โ€” the one you need to beat next time. Less admin, more motivation: progressive overload is the whole principle behind muscle and strength growth. LOG ONLY WHAT MATTERS You do not need to enter every set and every warm-up. Open an exercise, update the weight, reps or time, and the record is saved. Fast entry without a keyboard takes a couple of seconds right between sets at the gym. EVERY EXERCISE AND EVERY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT A ready-made library is already inside: bench press, dumbbell bench press, incline press, overhead press, Arnold press, dips, push-ups, pull-ups, lat pulldown, seated row, one-arm dumbbell row, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, squats, leg press, lunges, Bulgarian lunges, glute bridge, leg curl and leg extension, calf raises, lateral raises, rear delt raises, face pull, barbell curl, dumbbell curl, hammer curl, preacher curl, skull crusher, triceps pushdown, plank, running and walking. Missing something? Add any exercise yourself. THREE WEIGHT MODES โ€ข Bodyweight โ€” pull-ups, push-ups, dips, plank, calisthenics โ€ข Added weight โ€” barbell, dumbbells, machines, cables, kettlebells โ€ข Combined โ€” body and load together: barbell squats, weighted pull-ups Your record stays honest in any setting: gym, home or outdoor bars. PROGRESS CHART See your starting point, your gain and the number of workouts for every exercise. Progress shows up in numbers, not in feelings: exactly how many kilos and reps you have added since day one. PERSONAL GOAL Pick the next achievable result โ€” one more rep or five more pounds. The goal updates automatically from your records, so you never mark progress by hand. Once you hit it, the app offers the next target. APPLE WATCH AND WIDGET Log a result straight from your wrist without pulling out your phone. The watch face widget shows your muscle state: New Record, Maximum, Recovery, Muscles Ready, Stagnation. One glance tells you whether it is time to rest or time to chase a new max. SMART REMINDERS Recovery is part of growth. The app reminds you to train after a break of one, two or three days at a time you choose, and shifts the reminder after a new record so it never interrupts your streak. YOUR STATS Your profile collects all the numbers: how many exercises you track, how many records you have set and how many days you have been at it. Every saved result is proof of the work you put in. SYNC Your data syncs between iPhone and Apple Watch: start on the watch at the gym, continue on the phone at home. WHO IT IS FOR Strength training and bodybuilding, mass and power work, street workout and calisthenics, powerlifting and CrossFit, fitness at home and in the gym, running and walking. For beginners who want a simple workout log, and for experienced athletes who only care about progress. QUICK START Add two or three compound exercises โ€” bench press, squats and pull-ups, for example โ€” log your current result and set your first goal. After that you only update the record after each workout and the app does the rest. RECORD PRO Record Pro removes the limits: unlimited exercises and personal records, full workout history, Apple Watch training and every future Pro feature. First week free, cancel anytime. Record is your simple tool for staying in control of your progress. Muscles only grow when weight and reps grow. The subscription renews automatically and can be managed in your Apple ID settings. Log a set, close the app. That's it. Sportiary is a workout log for the pull-up bar, the dip bars and the floor of your room. Open it, type "20 push-ups", close. Five seconds, no onboarding, no goal picker, no paywall. I built it because I was tired of fitness apps where the "+1 set" button sits behind three screens. I just needed somewhere to type in how many pull-ups I did, or how long I held the plank. No meal plans, no step counter, no database of a thousand exercises. Just the 20 that matter: push-ups, pull-ups, dips, abs, squats, lunges, burpees, supermans, wall sits, handstands, three plank variations, running and cycling. Plus the gym basics: bench press, deadlift, barbell squat, overhead press and barbell row. HOW IT WORKS Open the app โ†’ pick push-ups โ†’ tap a preset number or type your own โ†’ close. No mandatory timers, no plans, no setup screens. WHAT'S INSIDE โ€ข Sets by reps, by time (seconds), by distance (meters) or by weight (kg ร— reps) โ€ข Workout calendar โ€” your whole history, day by day โ€ข Personal records for every exercise โ€ข Day streaks โ€” one missed day a week is frozen and doesn't break the streak โ€ข 77 achievements in six categories, 20 of them secret โ€ข Weekly activity chart, so you can see where the load dropped โ€ข iCloud sync: new phone, same history โ€ข Reminders and 12 Home Screen icons to choose from โ€ข 12 languages, switchable inside the app โ€ข Free. No workout limit, no ads, no subscriptions, no sign-up Sportiary won't teach you how to train and won't send you motivational quotes. It just remembers every set, so next week you can do a little more than this week.
