Fortera

Fortera is a strength-training journal that records what actually happened in your session ā not a rough guess. Most trackers give you one number: total time. This one builds a real timeline. When each set started. How long you were under load. How long you truly rested between sets. What your heart rate was doing. Every number on your progress charts comes from that timeline, so it reflects the workout you did. APPLE WATCH COMPANION Run the whole session from your wrist: pick the next exercise, log a set, start the rest timer with a haptic countdown, and watch live heart rate. The watch keeps working while your phone is in the locker ā everything syncs back the moment they meet again. SMART PROGRAMMING Ready-made programs, a calendar planner, and a generator that builds a session around the muscle groups you have actually recovered. Weight suggestions follow your own history and the equipment you are using ā barbell, dumbbells, machines or cables. SEE REAL PROGRESS ⢠Personal records and estimated 1RM for every exercise ⢠Volume, tonnage and time-under-load charts ⢠Body measurements and progress photos ⢠Full workout history, exportable to CSV BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR ⢠Plate calculator ā exactly what to load on each side of the bar ⢠Automatic warm-up sets before your working weight ⢠Rest timer with notifications ⢠Exercise library with 130+ movements, step-by-step instructions, and room for your own custom exercises OFFLINE FIRST Everything works with no connection at all. Create an account and your data syncs across iPhone and Apple Watch when you are back online ā optional, never required. PRIVACY Health data read from Apple Health is used only inside the app. No ads, no third-party analytics, nothing sold to anyone.

Log a set, close the app. That's it. Sportiary is a workout log for the pull-up bar, the dip bars and the floor of your room. Open it, type "20 push-ups", close. Five seconds, no onboarding, no goal picker, no paywall. I built it because I was tired of fitness apps where the "+1 set" button sits behind three screens. I just needed somewhere to type in how many pull-ups I did, or how long I held the plank. No meal plans, no step counter, no database of a thousand exercises. Just the 20 that matter: push-ups, pull-ups, dips, abs, squats, lunges, burpees, supermans, wall sits, handstands, three plank variations, running and cycling. Plus the gym basics: bench press, deadlift, barbell squat, overhead press and barbell row. HOW IT WORKS Open the app ā pick push-ups ā tap a preset number or type your own ā close. No mandatory timers, no plans, no setup screens. WHAT'S INSIDE ⢠Sets by reps, by time (seconds), by distance (meters) or by weight (kg Ć reps) ⢠Workout calendar ā your whole history, day by day ⢠Personal records for every exercise ⢠Day streaks ā one missed day a week is frozen and doesn't break the streak ⢠77 achievements in six categories, 20 of them secret ⢠Weekly activity chart, so you can see where the load dropped ⢠iCloud sync: new phone, same history ⢠Reminders and 12 Home Screen icons to choose from ⢠12 languages, switchable inside the app ⢠Free. No workout limit, no ads, no subscriptions, no sign-up Sportiary won't teach you how to train and won't send you motivational quotes. It just remembers every set, so next week you can do a little more than this week.
