10-Year Weight works with Apple Health (HealthKit) as a read-only viewer for looking back on your weight, body fat percentage, and BMI on a long time scale. [Features] ■ Built for the long term Beyond 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year, you can view 5, 10, 15, 20, and up to 50 years. The period options adjust to how much history you have, so years of data in Apple Health can be reviewed at a glance. ■ Apple Health integration (read-only) Reads weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and height from HealthKit, keeps a local copy, and shows it as graphs. The app never writes to Health. It supports syncing only new records and resyncing everything, so older records (such as from the 2010s) are included too. ■ Average mode Switch between 7-, 31-, 180-, and 365-day averaging windows to see only the long-term trend, without the day-to-day ups and downs. ■ Target weight line Set a target weight and it appears as a red line on the graph, so you can see your long-term progress. ■ kg, lb, or st View and enter weight in kilograms, pounds, or stones. By default, it follows the unit set in the Health app, or your region if Health is not connected. ■ Manual entry Add past data you never saved to Health, or notes you kept by hand. Manual records are kept through Health resyncs, and you can delete them all at once in Settings. ■ Landscape support Turn your iPhone sideways for a larger graph. ■ Fully offline All data stays on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to external servers, and there is no analytics or advertising. [Recommended for] - People who have recorded their weight in Apple Health for years - People who want to see weight trends over several years to decades - People who value a long-term view for dieting or health management - People who do not want to send personal data to the cloud [Requirements] - iOS 16.0 or later - iPhone only [Disclaimer] The numbers shown in this app are not medical advice or a diagnosis. Please consult a doctor or specialist about your health.

Your weight jumps around from one morning to the next. DataBody is built to show the movement underneath that noise — and to log the meals, workouts, and habits behind it. No sign-up required. Open the app and start recording. An account is only needed if you want your data synced across devices. CHARTS BUILT FOR TRENDS • Candlestick charts. Each day, week, month, or year is drawn as a candle with its first, highest, lowest, and last weight, so you see the range you moved through instead of a single dot • Moving averages over a period you choose, so the trend line is as smooth or as responsive as you want it • Tap any candle to read its exact numbers and date • The same history, four ways: daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly STATISTICS • A table of every week, month, or year: the average weight, and the change from the period before it • ▲ and ▼ on each row, so a month that stalled is obvious at a glance • Set which day your week starts on, so weekly rows match how you actually count WEIGHT • Log your weight in lb or kg • Set a goal and a start date, then follow the trend toward it • Record body fat, skeletal muscle, and waist on the same screen, or add measurements of your own MEALS AND NUTRITION • Log meals as breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack • Build your own food library — save a food once, reuse it in seconds • Calories in kcal or kJ, plus protein, carbs, fat, and more • Add your own nutrients if the defaults are not enough EXERCISE AND ACTIVITY • Log workouts with duration and calories burned • Build an exercise library the same way as your foods • Keep daily steps and activity calories separate from workouts HABITS AND WATER • Check off the habits you're working on and build a streak • Track water intake against a daily target APPLE HEALTH • Sync weight, body composition, nutrition, workouts, and water with the Health app • Choose which categories to share, in either direction • Turn it off at any time — your records stay in DataBody PRIVACY • Your weight, meals, and other health records are never used for advertising • The app works fully offline. Cloud sync is optional and you choose when to turn it on • Lock the app with a PIN or Face ID • Export a backup file you can keep yourself, or a CSV for spreadsheets PREMIUM DataBody is free to use, and everything above is included. A Premium subscription adds: • Yearly charts and yearly statistics • Custom habits of your own • CSV export • No ads Premium is a subscription that renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
