About

Flow Timer

Flow Timer — Focus Built for ADHD Brains Your brain doesn't work linearly. Your timer shouldn't either. Flow Timer is designed around how you actually think — flexible, visual, and rewarding — so you can start, switch, and finish without the friction. Two Timers, Zero Friction Run a focus timer up front and a background timer behind it. Cooking while studying? Pomodoro plus a load of laundry? Track both without losing momentum. Custom presets put your go-to intervals one tap away. Tasks That Actually Get Done Plan your day, then launch timers straight from any task. No more "I'll get to it in a minute" — tap the task, start the timer, and you're already in motion. Habit Tracking Without the Guilt "Days Since" and "Days Until" counters keep recurring tasks visible — from haircuts to doctor visits — without nagging notifications. Glanceable, calm, and honest. Finish It, Celebrate It Every completed timer triggers a confetti burst. Because momentum matters, and small wins deserve recognition. Make It Yours Pick your palette, set your emoji, choose your alarm tone. Flow Timer adapts to your vibe, not the other way around. Stop fighting your focus. Start flowing.

Scrap paper, not a filing system. Scrap Paper Pro is one page. It opens where you left off, at the bottom, with the keyboard already up. There are no notebooks, no folders, no titles, no tags, and nothing to name. You write the thing down and get on with your day. ONE PAGE, EVERYWHERE • One canvas. Everything you jot lands on the same page, in order. Nothing to file, nothing to lose. • Always at the bottom. The app opens with the cursor where you stopped writing. • Syncs privately. Your page follows you across iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch through your own iCloud account. • Capture without opening it. A Home Screen widget shows your latest lines and drops you into the canvas. A Lock Screen widget starts dictation in one tap. Siri takes a thought hands-free. • Apple Watch. Dictate a line from your wrist and it appears on the page. • Swipe to undo. A horizontal swipe undoes and redoes by thought, not by character. • Two typefaces, three appearances, one size slider. That is the entire settings screen. TURN NOTES INTO ACTIONS On devices with Apple Intelligence, tap Scan for Actions and your page is read on-device to find the things you meant to do: • "coffee with Sam Thursday at 10" becomes a Calendar event at the right time • "add a reminder to get toilet paper" becomes a reminder that says get toilet paper • "text Sam that I'm going to be home late" opens Messages to the right person with the message already written • "buy printer ink from amazon" opens Amazon searching for it • Addresses open in Maps, links open in Safari, numbers dial You choose which suggestions to keep, and nothing happens until you say so. Anything already handled stops being suggested next time. PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION No account, no server, no analytics, no ads. Parsing runs entirely on your device — your writing is never uploaded to anyone, including me. Your notes live in your own private iCloud. Contacts, Calendar, and Reminders are touched only in response to an action you tap. One purchase, no subscription. Write the thing down and get on with your day.
