Clear Round Training vs Equestrily

Improve your showjumping with professional training exercises, guided riding workouts, GPS ride tracking and horse-management tools — all in one app. Clear Round Training is designed to help riders train with more structure, improve their performance and keep every aspect of their horses’ work organised. Created by professional showjumper and coach Dave Miller, the app brings more than 35 years of riding, competing and coaching experience directly to your phone. SHOWJUMPING TRAINING EXERCISES Access more than 80 showjumping and polework exercises designed to improve: • Rhythm and balance • Accuracy and straightness • Adjustability and control • Confidence through combinations and related distances • Horse and rider technique Each exercise includes a training video, explanation and course plan to help you set it up correctly and understand what it is designed to improve. GUIDED RIDING WORKOUTS Put in your earphones, start a workout and ride. Clear Round gives you timed audio instructions telling you when to walk, trot, canter and change rein, so you can concentrate on your horse instead of continually checking your watch. Workouts are structured to help you train both reins evenly and include useful coaching cues throughout the session. TRACK EVERY RIDE Use GPS tracking to record your riding sessions and review: • Route travelled • Total distance • Time under saddle • Speed • Walk, trot and canter time • Distance covered in each gait • Jumps recorded Save each session to your horse’s training history and monitor workload and progress over time. TRAINING REPORTS AND ANALYTICS Turn your riding information into useful training insights. Review previous sessions, compare date ranges and see how much work your horse has completed at each gait. This makes it easier to manage fitness, identify patterns and plan future training. HORSE PROFILES AND CARE MANAGEMENT Create individual profiles for your horses and keep important information together in one place. Manage training records, care reminders, important dates and horse-related activities without relying on separate calendars, notes and apps. PLAN YOUR TRAINING Use the built-in calendar to organise: • Training sessions • Lessons • Competitions • Veterinary appointments • Farrier visits • Horse-care reminders TRAINING CHALLENGES Take part in structured riding challenges designed to improve specific skills such as accuracy, adjustability, rhythm and your eye for a distance. Complete each challenge at your own pace and put the exercises into practice with your horse. EDUCATIONAL PODCASTS Listen and learn with informative equestrian podcasts covering topics such as: • Horse anatomy • Breeding • Soundness • Course walking • Rider mindset • Training and performance EQUESTRIAN COMMUNITY Share your training updates, photos, videos, show results and achievements with other riders.
