FocusDrop

Know what you need to do, but finding it hard to begin? FocusDrop helps you start one task at a time. Add a task, make the first step smaller, and try two minutes of focus. You don't have to finish everything to make a start. ONE TASK IN FRONT OF YOU Your tasks live in a swipe deck. Swipe right to focus, left for later, up to mark done, or down for details. Keep the next decision small. START SMALLER Tap Start smaller on a task to see one immediate first action, then start a two-minute timer. If you've already written steps, FocusDrop starts with your next unfinished one. This feature works without Apple Intelligence or Pro, within the free focus-session allowance. FOCUS AT YOUR PACE Use short focus sessions, Pomodoro, or open-ended focus. Pause when you need to and keep going when it helps. Countdown widgets and Live Activities keep timed sessions visible; open-ended sessions do not display a countdown Live Activity. QUIET COMPANY WHEN YOU WANT IT Co-Focus is an optional Pro companion that offers calm prompts during your session. It is a software companion, not a live person. On compatible devices, Apple Intelligence can personalize its coaching and generate task breakdowns (also Pro). Other supported devices use the companion's built-in prompts. HABITS THAT FIT REAL LIFE Track daily, weekly and custom-day habits, or repeat a chore every N days. Pause habits and return when you're ready. Mark a gentle rest day, see your consistency, and use the available streak-repair option after one missed day. Turn on Quiet celebrations for a calmer experience while keeping your earned progress. ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch companion works with your paired iPhone to start focus sessions and check off habits from your wrist. Home and Lock Screen widgets help keep your next task close. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No FocusDrop account is required. Tasks and sessions are stored on your device and can sync through your own iCloud account when available. Calendar access is optional: FocusDrop only reads today's events to show them on your deck and never changes your calendar. AI generation runs on-device using Apple Intelligence. FocusDrop has no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. FREE TO START, PRO FOR MORE The free tier includes up to 7 deck tasks and 5 focus sessions per day, including small starts, plus habits and progress tracking. Pro adds unlimited tasks and sessions, Co-Focus, AI task breakdown on compatible devices, custom durations, streak freezes, and more personalization and insights. Choose monthly, annual or lifetime access. Current local prices and any eligible introductory offer are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. REQUIREMENTS iPhone with iOS 18 or later. The Apple Watch companion requires watchOS 10 or later and a paired iPhone. AI-generated features require an Apple Intelligence compatible iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later) running iOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on and available for your language and region. The small-start feature works without AI. Built by an independent developer with ADHD, for the moments getting started feels hard. FocusDrop is a productivity tool, not medical treatment. About

AllisWell

Features

AllisWell keeps your whole day in one place: tasks, projects, notes and files, with reminders strong enough to actually get you out of a meeting on time. The source is public, it works offline, and there is no paid tier, no ads and no tracking. ONE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE DAY β€’ Capture a task in seconds, with or without a date. An Inbox holds unplanned thoughts until you are ready to schedule them. β€’ Home lays the day out chronologically β€” overdue, today, this week, the next 30 days β€” next to a month calendar. β€’ Flip the same day into a Board: kanban columns you name, hide and reorder, with drag-to-move. β€’ Projects get colors, favorites, archiving, and their own Tasks, Notes and Files tabs. β€’ Tag inline by typing #tags, and set priority from none up to urgent. REMINDERS THAT DO NOT WHISPER β€’ Reminders arrive at the exact minute you set them, not "around then". β€’ Urgent tasks ring with a real alarm sound instead of a notification chime. β€’ Ignore one and it keeps coming back, re-alerting on a chain across the next half hour until you acknowledge it. β€’ Snooze in one tap: 5 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, or tomorrow morning. β€’ A privacy mode hides task content on the lock screen. NOTES AND FILES β€’ Rich-text notes with inline images and video, linked to your tasks and projects, exportable as Markdown. β€’ Attach files to tasks, notes and projects β€” up to 10 MB per file on the hosted service. β€’ A workspace-wide Files section with nestable folders, plus a Files tab inside every project. OFFLINE FIRST, ALWAYS IN SYNC Everything works with no connection: create, edit, complete, search. Your changes are queued on the device and pushed when you are back, and they land on your other devices in realtime. CALENDARS β€’ Google Calendar syncs both ways β€” your tasks become events, and edits you make in Google come back to AllisWell. Your other Google events show up next to your tasks on Home. β€’ Apple Calendar is one-way in this version: the tasks you choose are written into the calendar you pick. SEARCH THAT IGNORES ACCENTS Search ignores case and accents across the Latin alphabets, so "muller" finds "MΓΌller" and "cafe" finds "cafΓ©". It runs over the copy of your data on the device, so it answers instantly and works offline. ALSO IN THE BOX β€’ Home-screen widgets mirroring your Home buckets (iPhone, iOS 16 and later). β€’ English and Turkish, following your system language. β€’ Light and dark. YOURS TO HOST The entire app and server are public on GitHub, and you can run the whole thing yourself with a single docker compose command β€” your data in your own MySQL, on your own machine, reachable at your own domain. Free for personal use. Use our hosted service or your own server; it is the same app either way. NO PAID TIER. NO ADS. NO TRACKING. There is no subscription and nothing locked behind one. There is no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the app β€” none. We do not sell or share your data with anyone. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, in the app, without asking us. Privacy policy: https://alliswell.space/privacy Source code: https://github.com/mahirozdin/alliswell
