Cosmic Forge
Read full descriptionHide full description
Cosmic Forge is a deep offline idle game about turning a single iron vein into an interstellar mining empire. START SIMPLE Tap rocks. Upgrade your shaft. Automate with a baseline foreman. Watch a transporter shuttle ore from the mine to the refinery, then to the warehouse, where it sells for Coins. Every component ā shaft, transporter, refinery, warehouse ā has its own milestone multipliers every 10 levels, so progression keeps unlocking speed and capacity spikes. UNLOCK THE COSMOS Beyond Alpha Asteroid there are comet clusters, planets, moons, anomalies, and singularity zones. Each location type has its own production multipliers and warehouse sell rates ā anomaly-grade minerals pay poorly per second but richly per sale. HIRE MANAGERS Common managers enable auto-mining; bonus managers stack passive multipliers and trigger powerful active abilities (instant trips, production boosts, free upgrades). Assign them per mine. Some managers survive prestige. RESEARCH TREE 50+ research nodes across multiple branches ā economy, production, transport, offline efficiency, stock capacity, coin multipliers, prestige. Queue active research in parallel slots (expand via Galactic Research). Every tier you complete compounds. PRESTIGE FOREVER Perform a Stellar Reset when the cosmos is ready. Earn Stardust based on your total iron-equivalent across every resource. Spend Stardust on permanent upgrades that carry across runs. Eventually unlock Galactic Ascension ā a meta-prestige layer with its own research tree and Dark Matter currency. DAILY CHALLENGES Three challenges per day with streak rewards at 7 and 14 days. Missed days reset the streak but the game doesn't punish absence. OFFLINE EARNINGS Step away for up to a week ā Cosmic Forge continues mining at a tapered efficiency schedule and rolls a summary up on your return. Research that was in flight completes while you sleep. COMPLETELY OFFLINE No account required. No internet required. No ads. No in-app purchases. No subscriptions. No tracking. No analytics. No SDKs phoning home. GOD MODE (OPTIONAL) Want to test builds, skip a grind, or just play sandbox? God Mode is free for everyone ā a one-tap toggle in Settings (behind a "this may corrupt your save" warning, because it really can). First public release ā 0.19.0. Thanks for playing through 100+ pre-release builds with us.
Quantum Grid

A glowing Data-Node races a procedurally generated circuit loop, collecting Qubits. You do not steer it. You build the machine that makes it faster. A cycle at tier T runs 2^T rounds ā the journey into binary infinity. Clear every round and the next power of two opens. Tier 1 is two rounds. Tier 20 is over a million. WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO ⢠Take a break whenever you want ā the cycle freezes exactly where it stands, timer and all, and picks up mid-stride when you engage again ⢠Place gates on the loop ā amplify, accelerate, resonate, fork ā and watch a build compound into something absurd ⢠Collect augments when it suits you: the grid banks what you earn instead of interrupting the run to hand it over ⢠Overclock at the moment it matters FOUR LAYERS THAT OUTLIVE EACH OTHER ⢠Qubits reset every cycle ⢠The Lattice, a skill tree bought with Coherence, resets on Collapse ⢠The Substrate and its boards never reset ⢠Board mastery never resets, and no single board can max it ā six boards at a middling depth beat any one board played forever SIX CIRCUIT BOARDS Rectilinear, ring bus, figure-of-eight crossbar, inward spiral, bridged dual loop, serpentine mesh. Each is a different topology, a different rule and a different palette, and the board you pick changes how a build has to be made. DRAWN, NOT PAINTED The backdrop is a real printed circuit board generated in Metal with no textures: solder mask over FR-4, ground pours, buses routed at 45 degrees, QFP and SOIC packages, chip passives, crystals, chokes and blinking status LEDs ā every one with its own silkscreen outline and reference designator. RESPECTS YOUR TIME ⢠Auto-buy plays the whole cycle for you, buying and choosing augments round after round without ever stopping it ā a deep cycle is thousands of rounds ⢠A cycle is written to disk as it is played, so a cold launch costs seconds ⢠No energy, no timers, no daily rewards, no premium currency, nothing to miss by not opening it FREE, AND THE FULL VERSION Play to 2^8 on Circuit and Ring Bus for free ā that is past the first Collapse, so you will have seen the whole game before deciding anything. One payment opens the journey to 2^20, the other four boards, and removes every ad. It is not a subscription and there is nothing else to buy.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cosmic Forge at none against Quantum Grid's 1. Cosmic Forge also leads on ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
