You can't add weeks to your life. You can add life to your weeks. WeeksAlive is a life calendar and daily journal that shows your life in weeks, then helps you notice each one as it happens. This isn't a countdown. It's a gentle reminder that your time is precious. SEE YOUR LIFE IN WEEKS Every dot is a week you lived, or a week still ahead. Your grid starts the day you were born. Birthdays, heartbreaks, ordinary Tuesdays, every one is here. Zoom into this year, watch both grids come alive, and keep a clear picture of the time you have. A 60-SECOND DAILY RITUAL Four questions. That's it. • How did you feel today? • How meaningful was your time? • Did you try something new? • Did you live your weekly intentions? No long diary. No guilt. Just a simple check-in that turns awareness into a habit. LIVE EACH WEEK WITH INTENTION Choose 1 to 3 intentions, not goals, just a guideline. Connect. Rest. Create. Be present. Your intentions reset every Monday (or on the day you choose). At the end of the week, a short recap shows how it actually felt. ALWAYS IN SIGHT Add your life calendar to your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or wallpaper. Widgets and an automatic wallpaper keep your grid where you'll see it, a beautiful, constant reminder to live on purpose. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS It never leaves your device. No ads. Works 100% offline. If you allow tracking, it only tells us which ad brought you here. Nothing personal. Nothing sold. WHY PEOPLE USE WEEKSALIVE ""Great app. Makes me look at life from a different perspective."" ""This is the most concise life lesson ever. Life is important."" ""That's a strong motivation to get the important things done."" 91% of WeeksAlive users say it helps them get the most out of their time. WeeksAlive is a mindful life calendar for anyone who wants a memento mori without the heaviness: a daily journal, mood tracker, and weekly reflection, so you feel your time, instead of watching it slip by. WeeksAlive Pro is an optional auto-renewable in-app subscription. A purchase is required to access Pro features after the free trial. One life. Every week, a new chance. Condence turns your Apple Watch into a private log for intimate moments. AUTOMATIC, OR ONE TAP Wear your watch as usual. Condence reads wrist motion in the background and heart rate from Health, and suggests the sessions it finds. Want it exact? Tap Start and Stop on the watch instead. A SCORE THAT ENCOURAGES Each session gets a score from its length, intensity, peak heart rate, time in your high heart-rate zone and how quickly you recover. Your age sets the heart-rate scale, so the score fits you. YOU DECIDE Detections are suggestions. Nothing is written to the Sexual Activity category in the Health app until you confirm it. Say no, and it is gone. DISCREET A neutral name, icon and notifications. Nothing on the lock screen gives it away. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No microphone, no location, no ads, no analytics. Raw motion never leaves your watch; the summaries stay on your iPhone. OPTIONAL: HELP IMPROVE DETECTION Not offered in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland. Elsewhere it is off by default. If you turn it on, pseudonymous summaries of the sessions you recorded or answered are sent to help improve detection. They are never used for advertising, never shared or sold, and you can delete them at any time from Settings. FREE TO TRY Detection, confirming and saving to Health are free, and so are the scores of your first two sessions. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks every score, its breakdown and your history. No subscription. For adults 18 and over. Requires Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later and iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Designed for Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4: their much denser heart-rate readings are what make detection and scores precise. Older watches record heart rate far less often, so results there are less reliable. For the most reliable overnight tracking, add the Condence complication to your watch face and keep Wrist Detection on. Condence is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
