Inventar Manager Everything that matters to you. In one place. Whether it's your home inventory, tech, tools, valuables or a personal collection โ€“ Inventar Manager helps you organize and document the things you own. Create different inventories, add your items with photos and important information, and quickly find what you're looking for later. YOUR THINGS. YOUR STRUCTURE. YOUR INVENTORY. Not every inventory is the same. That's why you decide which information matters for your things. Add your own custom fields and tailor each inventory to your personal needs โ€“ for example: โ€ข Vintage and rating for your wine collection โ€ข Manufacturer and serial number for tech โ€ข Location and purchase price for tools โ€ข Condition and category for collectibles Inventar Manager adapts to your things โ€“ not the other way around. ORGANIZE & FIND Create separate inventories for different areas and stay organized, even as your collection of items grows. With search and flexible filters, you can quickly find exactly what you need. PHOTOS, VALUES & DOCUMENTS Document your items with photos, descriptions, quantities, purchase prices and year of purchase. Add more information using your own custom fields and keep related PDF documents directly with each item. Important information, photos and documents all stay together. KEEP TRACK OF VALUES Add purchase prices and keep an eye not only on individual items, but also on the total value of your inventories. BACK UP & EXPORT Stay in control of your data. Create backups of your inventories and restore them whenever needed. Export your inventories as PDF or CSV files โ€“ for archiving, sharing or your own documentation. AT HOME ON YOUR APPLE DEVICES Use Inventar Manager on iPhone, iPad and Mac. With optional iCloud sync, your inventories stay up to date across your devices. Add an item on the go with your iPhone, update information comfortably on your iPad, or manage your inventories on your Mac. One inventory โ€“ across your devices. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS. Inventar Manager doesn't require a separate user account and doesn't use your inventory data for personalized advertising. Your personal information about your possessions, collections, photos and documents should stay exactly where it belongs: with you. Whether you want to document your home inventory, keep track of your valuables, organize your tools or manage a personal collection: Inventar Manager gives everything you own its place. --------- PRIVACY Your data remains stored on your device unless you enable synchronization. Roomkeep builds the record of your home that an insurance claim actually needs: what you own, what it's worth, and the photos, receipts and serial numbers that back it up. Documented in an evening, kept on your own devices. PHOTOGRAPH WHAT MATTERS The thirty things a claim really turns on โ€” electronics, jewelry, tools โ€” each get their own photo, price and room. The camera stays open between shots, so a shelf or a whole wall goes in without reopening it for every object. RECEIPTS AND SERIAL NUMBERS Photograph a receipt and it stays with the items it proves โ€” Roomkeep suggests the store, date and total off the paper, and you confirm each field with a tap. The photograph is kept whatever the suggestion was: a receipt is evidence in itself. Serial numbers come off the nameplate with a live scanner. KNOW WHAT'S MISSING The readiness dashboard shows how much of your catalog has photos, prices and receipts, puts your catalog total next to your policy's contents coverage, and keeps a shortlist of what to photograph next โ€” sorted so the expensive things come first. Fifteen minutes with that list beats an afternoon of guessing. THE REPORT YOUR ADJUSTER ACTUALLY WANTS One tap produces a clean, printable PDF: totals by room and category, item tables with photos, receipts attached at the back. A short summary for your agent, or the full document for a claim. A4 and US Letter. Readable in black and white, because that is how it will be printed. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Everything runs on your device. Photos never leave it unless you turn on iCloud sync โ€” and then they go to your private iCloud, not to us. Export everything, any time, in one tap: the PDF, a spreadsheet, or a complete archive with every photo, readable without Roomkeep. FREE INCLUDES One property, one room, thirty items โ€” with photos, receipt scanning and the readiness dashboard fully working, and a preview of the report. PRO (one payment) Unlimited properties, rooms and items, both report formats, spreadsheet and archive export, and iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad and Mac. No accounts. No analytics. No tracking. Data Not Collected.
