About

DebtShield

Log debt collection calls, save letter details, and keep your evidence organized. DebtShield is a private journal for consumers who want a clear record of collection activity. Add the date, time, collector, and what was said after each call. Keep notes and photos together, track correspondence, and review potential issues using an FDCPA checklist. With Pro, export an organized PDF for a consumer rights attorney or a CFPB complaint. DebtShield is a manual documentation tool. It does not record call audio, block calls, negotiate debts, or file complaints for you. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account or login required. - Records stay on your device unless you enable optional private iCloud sync, which is off by default. - No app-owned backend, analytics, advertising SDKs, or AI processing. - Face ID / Touch ID app lock is included free. START FREE - Track 1 debt and 1 collector. - Keep up to 10 call log entries, with 1 photo per call. - Save 1 letter per debt and up to 3 lifetime third-party contact entries. - Read the 17-item FDCPA checklist and Consumer Rights Guide. - Export a Markdown evidence summary. UPGRADE TO PRO - Unlimited debts, collectors, and call log entries - no 10-call cap. - 7-day call-frequency monitor to review patterns in your logged calls. - Validation and cease-and-desist tracker for request, response, and letter dates. - PDF evidence reports organized for a CFPB complaint or attorney review. - FDCPA checklist tagging and summaries of potential issues by call and collector. - Unlimited third-party contact entries for contacts with family, employers, or others. - Unlimited letter records with photos, certified-mail tracking numbers, and user-entered dates. INFORMATION, NOT LEGAL ADVICE Designed for U.S. consumers documenting debt collection activity. DebtShield is not a law firm and is not affiliated with the CFPB or any government agency. It does not provide legal or financial advice or determine whether a violation occurred. The call-frequency monitor screens logged counts against one CFPB Regulation F rebuttable presumption; it does not model all rules or exceptions. The FDCPA's 30-day validation period generally belongs to the consumer, not the collector. Checklist flags are not confirmed violations or a calculation of damages. A licensed attorney can assess your circumstances. PRO PURCHASE OPTIONS Choose Pro Monthly, an auto-renewable subscription, or Pro Lifetime, a one-time non-consumable purchase with no expiration or recurring charge. Both unlock the same Pro features. Your local price is shown in the app and by the App Store before purchase. Existing annual subscribers retain Pro access while their subscription is active. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Restore purchases from the Pro purchase screen.
