About

Mimicry VPN

Features

Mimicry VPN is a client for a VPN server you run yourself. It is not a VPN subscription: there is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no server operated by us. You import a configuration for a server you control, and the app connects to it. WHAT IT DOES - Connects to your own Mimicry server over an encrypted tunnel. - Import a server configuration by QR code or from a file. No sign-up, no email, no password. - Keep several servers and switch between them. - Per-server settings, including which countries are routed outside the tunnel. - Optional kill switch that blocks traffic if the tunnel drops. - Reconnects on its own when you move between Wi-Fi and cellular. PRIVACY Mimicry VPN collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. Server addresses and keys are stored only on your device, in the keychain. We do not sell, use, or disclose any user data to third parties. Our full privacy policy is at https://tomp.com/mimicry/privacy.html Be aware that whoever operates the server you connect to can see connection metadata. If you run that server yourself, that operator is you. WHAT YOU NEED Your own Mimicry server. This app is a client, not a service - without a server configuration there is nothing to connect to. Mimicry VPN is a general-purpose networking tool and does not violate any laws in the territories where it is offered. You remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
