About

TapLine

TapLine is a reading app designed for people who want to read more but struggle to start โ€” especially those with ADHD, busy schedules, or a brain that drifts after a few lines. The secret is Single-Sentence Mode. Instead of a full page of text, TapLine shows you just one sentence at a time. Tap to move forward, swipe to go back. It feels like scrolling a feed โ€” but you're actually reading a book. WHAT MAKES TAPLINE DIFFERENT - Single-Sentence Mode breaks any book into bite-sized pieces, so you can read for 2 minutes on the subway and actually retain it - No overwhelming walls of text โ€” just one thought at a time - Build a mini-reading habit that fits into your real life - Supports EPUB format so you can import your own books WHO IT'S FOR - People with ADHD or other attention challenges - Busy commuters who only have a few spare minutes - Anyone who buys books but never finishes them - Readers who feel guilty every time they reach for their phone instead TapLine was built by an indie developer with ADHD who got tired of feeling bad about not reading. It's not about reading faster โ€” it's about reading at all. PRO FEATURES - Unlimited book imports - Full reading history and progress tracking - Customizable font size and display settings Download TapLine and read your first book โ€” one sentence at a time. About

Linea Reader

Features

Linea is a calm reading workspace for difficult material. Import PDFs, EPUBs, MOBI files, DOCX documents, Markdown, images, scans, and web pages. Read with thoughtful typography, highlight and annotate passages, listen from your current position, and ask questions without losing your place. Your library stays organized around the work in front of you. Resume where you stopped, move between chapters, and keep your reading progress together. Features: โ€ข Import documents and URLs โ€ข Read PDFs, ebooks, Markdown, and more โ€ข Highlight passages and add notes โ€ข Listen from your current reading position โ€ข Ask document-aware questions while reading or listening โ€ข Keep reading progress and annotations together โ€ข Choose from four reading palettes AI and your data: Linea uses AI only when you ask it to. It does not run your documents through AI in the background. Eligible signed-in Linea accounts can use Linea's rate-limited managed Ask without a personal API key: the question and relevant document context are processed by Linea, which may call an upstream model. For a user-owned cloud provider, Linea sends your question and relevant document context directly from your device to that provider using the API key you supplied; Linea's developer does not receive those direct-to-provider requests. When available and selected, on-device Apple Intelligence requests stay on your device. Linea is built for sustained attention: fewer distractions, better context, and a clear path back to the thread.
