Mini Walkie Talkie is an end-to-end encrypted push-to-talk app that works online, offline, nearby, and over the internet. Add trusted contacts by scanning each other’s QR code, then press and hold to talk. Works on your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch (standalone). The app automatically chooses the best available route for each voice message: • Nearby first: when devices are close, the app can use Bluetooth personal area networking, shared Wi‑Fi, or peer-to-peer Wi‑Fi through Apple’s nearby device networking. • Internet direct: when both devices are online, the app can try WebRTC for a direct peer-to-peer connection across the public internet. • Encrypted relay fallback: when direct routes are not available, Pro background receiving can use an online relay. Audio remains end-to-end encrypted, and the relay only handles encrypted voice data. Mini Walkie Talkie is designed for quick private voice communication with friends, family, teams, and trusted contacts. Key features: • Push-to-talk voice messages • Works online and offline • Nearby Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi peer-to-peer communication • Internet WebRTC direct connection when available • Encrypted online relay fallback for Pro background receiving • QR code contact setup • End-to-end encrypted audio • One-to-one trusted contact communication • Recent transfer details showing which route was used • Free users can receive best-effort while the app is open • Pro users can receive more reliably in the background Privacy and encryption: Each device creates its own cryptographic identity. Contact QR codes include signed public keys so both sides can verify who they are connecting with. Voice sessions use fresh session keys, authenticated encryption, and replay protection. Your audio is encrypted before it leaves your device. Nearby devices, WebRTC peers, and the online relay only carry encrypted packets. Relay audio is temporary, limited in size and duration, and removed after the recipient receives it. Free and Pro: Free users can send and receive using nearby routes and direct internet routes while the app is open. Keep the app open for best free receiving reliability. Pro unlocks reliable background receiving with encrypted relay fallback when direct routes are unavailable. Mini Walkie Talkie is built for private, fast, route-aware voice communication — from the same room to across the Internet. Sending a message on Apple Watch requires Pro subscription. Also, receiving on Apple Watch currently only works if app is in the foreground. Map Path quietly rewrites map links so they open in Apple Maps. When a web page links to Google Maps, Waze, Bing Maps, or HERE WeGo — or uses a geo: link — Map Path changes that link so a tap opens the place, address, or coordinates in Apple Maps instead. No copy-paste, no app-switch dance. It can also find addresses written in the page itself. Tap the Map Path button in Safari's address bar and it lists the addresses it spotted — tap one to open it in Apple Maps. It runs entirely on your device. No network requests, no tracking, no analytics, no data collection. WHAT IT DOES • Rewrites links from Google Maps, Waze, Bing Maps, HERE WeGo, and geo: URIs to Apple Maps • Finds plain-text addresses on a page and opens them in Apple Maps • Carries the place, address, or coordinates straight over • Keeps working as pages update — search results and single-page apps included • Works on iPhone and iPad WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • Doesn't follow or unwrap shortened links (goo.gl, maps.app.goo.gl) — that needs a network request, and Map Path makes none • Doesn't redirect pages you're already on — it only rewrites links before you tap them • Doesn't change your default browser or touch any app other than Safari PRIVACY Everything happens locally in Safari. Map Path needs access to the pages you visit only so it can find and rewrite map links — nothing leaves your device. Page text is scanned for addresses only when you tap the Map Path button, and is discarded immediately. No accounts, no servers, no third parties. The source is open for inspection. SETUP After installing, turn Map Path on in Settings › Apps › Safari › Extensions, and set All Websites to Allow. The app walks you through it — and on iOS 26.2 and later it can take you straight to the right screen. By CodeCrafted Apps.
