Wardrive Go turns the invisible wireless world around you into a game. Every phone, watch, earbud, beacon, and gadget nearby is quietly broadcasting Bluetooth Low Energy signals. Wardrive Go listens for them and plots each one on a live sonar radar -- the closer a device, the closer it sits to the center. The more you move through the world, the more signals you log. It's wardriving, reimagined as a pick-up-and-play hunt. Walk a busy street, ride the train, wander a venue, and watch the radar fill up. THE HUNT - A live radar sweep that maps every BLE device around you in real time - Color-coded contacts: Apple gear, named devices, and unknowns - Tap any blip for a full readout: signal strength, proximity, TX power, raw service UUIDs, how many times you've seen it, and more - Sort your catch by signal, recency, frequency, or name; filter ALL / WI-FI / BLE - A live trip banner: new networks, in range, pace, distance, open networks, speed ADD WI-FI WITH iosESP BOARDS - Link an inexpensive ESP32 board running the free iosESP firmware (rocketgod.dev/iosESP) and Wardrive Go connects to it automatically, no pairing - Run several boards at once: they split the Wi-Fi channels between them, and boards with 5 GHz cover 5 GHz - Turn one board into a Bluetooth scanner: it sees the real device addresses iOS keeps from apps, so those devices count when you upload - Update a board's firmware over Bluetooth with one tap - Wi-Fi access points stream into the same list as Bluetooth, clearly marked, with band, channel and security - Every run is logged as one WiGLE-compatible file with real GPS coordinates - A built-in console shows exactly what your boards are doing UPLOAD AND CLIMB THE BOARDS - Add your WiGLE, WDGWars and/or Wardrift API key -- one tap uploads your run to every service you set up, and nothing is sent until you tap - WiGLE and WDGWars leaderboards and your upload history, right in the app - Game Center leaderboards for Lifetime Contacts and your Best Single Run, with achievements from your First Contact all the way to ten million KNOW WHAT'S AROUND YOU - Trackers (AirTag / Find My, Tile, SmartTag, Chipolo), cameras, body cams, drones, smart glasses, hidden-camera setup networks and other notable devices are named on sight, called out with a banner, and collected in their own list - Perfect for checking a rental, a parking lot, or your own gear THE FIELD REPORT - The full breakdown of everything you've ever logged, free for everyone - Drill into any category by maker, then tap any device for its complete detail - Export your current run to CSV, free 17 THEMES, ALL FREE Teal, Amber, Sonar Blue, Crimson, Toxic, Plasma, WiGLE, WDGWars, The Pirates' Plunder, WiGhoul, BBS, Pro, Pwnagotchi, DOOM, Pac-Man, Slate and Clarity. WARDRIVE GO PRO Everything above is free. A single unlock (no subscription) adds one thing: - Export your full history to CSV -- every device you've ever logged, with maker, type, best signal, services, and first and last seen It also funds a solo developer building this for the love of it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything Wardrive Go hears is read and stored on your own device. Your numeric leaderboard score goes to Game Center; nothing else leaves your phone unless you add an API key and tap UPLOAD -- then only the run you chose goes to the services you picked. The phone's own radar sees only the randomized Bluetooth IDs iOS provides, so nothing there points to a person. Wardrive Go only reads the public advertisements devices already broadcast; the only things it ever connects to are your own iosESP boards. Note: "contacts" are signals logged, not unique devices -- phones rotate their Bluetooth ID for privacy, so the same one is often counted more than once. It's a measure of how much you hunt, not a census. Requires Bluetooth. Location is used to tag your log with coordinates. Grab your phone and go hunting.
