Bram is a simple workout and strength tracker built to help you get stronger without tracking harder. Write your workouts like you would in a notes app. Bram turns natural gym notes into structured sets, reps, weight, PRs, volume, training history, and weekly training insights — so you can see what is actually improving and know what to beat next. BUILT FOR LIFTERS WHO KNOW HOW THEY TRAIN Bram is built for lifters who already have a routine, program, or training style — and just want a better way to remember what they did, what improved, and what to beat next time. It works especially well if you currently track workouts in a notes app, notebook, spreadsheet, or gym app that feels heavier than it needs to be. WHY BRAM No spreadsheet. No dropdown maze. No social feed. No complicated routine setup before you can train. Just a calmer way to get stronger and track progress. WHAT BRAM TRACKS • Natural workout notes • Sets, reps, weight, and PRs • Weekly workout progress • Training history by day • Volume across muscle groups • Streaks and weekly targets • Apple Health context • Strength progress over time • Training insights without managing a giant fitness app NOTES-STYLE LOGGING. REAL WORKOUT TRACKING. Notes are fast, but they do not track PRs, volume, progress, or training history. Traditional workout apps can track more, but often make logging feel slower than training. Bram gives you the speed of notes with the structure of a real workout tracker. BUILT FOR MORE THAN BARBELLS Use Bram for lifting, accessories, bodyweight work, calisthenics, conditioning, or any workout you want to remember. WRITE YOUR WORKOUT. BRAM TRACKS THE REST. Start with your next workout and keep your training history in one place. SUBSCRIPTION Bram requires an auto-renewable subscription after a 3-day free trial. Most gym apps are dark and busy. VOID isn't. I designed it to make logging easier, not harder. Log one set. It grows from there. WHAT I PUT IN It does what a workout log should do. Logging — Weight, reps, and set count, grouped by exercise. Add, edit, or delete. History — A calendar shows which days you trained. Pick a date to see that day's sets, and add, edit, or delete just like today's log. Widget — Put that calendar on your home screen. Small, medium, or large. Categories and exercises — Common exercises are there from the start. Add, rename, delete, and reorder them, so bodyweight and machine exercises fit too. Buttons — Set your own weight and rep increments. Units — kg or lb. Theme — Light or dark. HOW IT WORKS Pick an exercise and the weight and reps from your last session with it are already filled in. The more you log, the less there is to enter. To change them, use the buttons along the bottom of the screen. No keyboard appears — the only exception is naming an exercise you add yourself. When the numbers are right, swipe them up. That saves the set. There is no save button. The numbers stay where they are, so another set at the same weight is one more swipe. Weight can stay at 0 kg. That's for bodyweight exercises. Swipe sideways from either edge of the screen to move between logging, today, and history. WHAT I LEFT OUT Recording is all it does. · Rest timer · Notes · Charts and statistics · Routines and programs · Goals and personal records · Body weight and body fat · Apple Health and data export Not because I couldn't build them. I decided they weren't needed. The rest timer and notes were the two I went back and forth on. If there's something you want, tell me. I read everything. NO ADS. NO NOTIFICATIONS. NO SIGN-UP. NO SYNC. You won't see an ad. You won't get a notification. There is no account to create and no email address to give. Nothing syncs anywhere. Your records live on this device and nowhere else. FREE FOR 14 DAYS Everything works for 14 days, free. After that, it's a one-time purchase. Not a subscription. When the 14 days end, your records stay. FROM THE DEVELOPER I build apps on my own. I tried a lot of workout apps, and they all seemed to be heading in the same direction. Dark screens, packed with information, complicated to look at. For people who already know what they're doing, that may work well. For someone just starting, or someone who only trains now and then, I thought it probably didn't. So I built this by taking things away instead of adding them — a different shape for a workout app. If it isn't for you, that's a shame — but don't feel bad about dropping it. Another app, pen and paper, or nothing at all — just keep training.
