About

Svenn Inspection

Svenn Inspection is the field tool for contractors and surveyors carrying out property inspections. Scan the rooms, document findings with photos and voice as you walk, and have it all gathered in Svenn Web, ready for the report and the estimate. SCAN THE ROOMS Walk through the property with an iPhone Pro and the app builds a 3D model of each room. Scan several rooms in one pass and get the whole floor as one connected floor plan. Rooms without a scan can be added by hand. PIN FINDINGS WHERE THEY ARE Drop a pin on the wall, floor or ceiling where you see damage or a defect. VOICE NOTES THAT BECOME TEXT Say what you see. Notes are transcribed and can be pulled straight into the report. EVERYTHING GATHERED PER ROOM Open a room to see every finding, photo, voice note and written note filed against it. Rename it, change its type, or delete rooms you do not need. STAY ON TOP OF IT Search and filter your inspections, create new ones with the address filled from GPS, and see the status of each one. SEAMLESS WITH SVENN WEB Photos and notes upload as you work. When you are done on site, everything is waiting in Svenn Web for floor plan editing, the customer report and export to the estimate. REQUIREMENTS Svenn Befaring requires a Svenn account. Room scanning requires an iPhone Pro with LiDAR (iPhone 12 Pro or newer). On other models everything except scanning works: inspections, photos, findings and voice notes. Svenn is built for Norwegian tradespeople. Learn more at svenn.com.
