Lil' Doc is a compressor effect based on the muscular, vinyl simulator in an early 00s workhorse sampler. It’s a powerful effect that’s found a cult following among lo-fi heads, and rightly so! We first implemented this compression algorithm for our paid plug-in Doctor Vibe, and the sound was so unique, we thought it would be a great first entry in our free plug-in series. Enjoy!
