Protein Scan

Not every product with "protein" on the package is actually a strong protein choice. Protein Scan helps you scan barcodes and nutrition labels, then shows a simple verdict based on calories, protein, macros, and sugar. The core rule is simple: calories divided by 10 = the minimum grams of protein a product should have. If a product has 250 kcal per 100g, it should have around 25g of protein per 100g. If it falls short, Protein Scan calls it out clearly. What you can do: - Scan product barcodes - Analyze nutrition labels with AI - Upload label photos from your gallery - Check protein, calories, fats, carbs, and sugar - See clear verdicts: Take, Doubtful, or Skip - Save scan history - Compare scanned products - Unlock unlimited scans with Protein Scan Pro Protein Scan is useful for fitness, grocery shopping, meal planning, and anyone who wants to quickly understand whether a "high protein" product is actually worth it. No account required. Barcode results use OpenFoodFacts when available, and label photo analysis uses AI when the product is missing or the label needs to be read directly. Always check the product package for allergens, ingredients, and official nutrition information.
Heracles AI Personal Trainer

Heracles is a lifting coach for men. It reads your body before it asks you for money: three photos, eight regions scored on a muscle figure, your body fat as a range, and the road to your goal. All of that is free. Your program is written after you subscribe. HOW IT WRITES IT You answer questions about your body, your injuries, where you train and the days you can actually train. Then you pick the goal: lose fat, a look, or a performance. A look is one of five physiques, or your own in a sentence. A performance is a powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting number, a total or a single lift. Then three photos. For fat loss or a look the coach reads them as you watch, scores eight regions and draws the road. For a performance the road comes from what you lift now. Skip the photos and the road is estimated from your height, weight and age instead. Subscribe and the coach writes season one: the split, the sets and reps on every lift, the progression, the calories and the protein. Writing takes up to 20 minutes. You read it, then pick the day it starts. WHAT IT WRITES Lifting programs: bodybuilding, strength training, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting and calisthenics, for a gym or for the equipment you have at home. WHY THE NUMBERS ARE WORTH TRUSTING A rule that comes from research cites the paper, with the PubMed id on the screen that uses it. A number that is a judgement call says so. It will not sell you a date. The timeline is arithmetic on your own body: your weight, the body fat read, the gap to your goal, and the rate the plan's own calories allow. It comes back as a count of seasons and every checkpoint moves it. A DAY WITH IT Today shows one thing. The session you are meant to do, or the rest you are meant to take. Start it and the app runs it set by set with last time's weight already in the field, and the lock screen carries the session while the phone is in your pocket. Gym shut. Shoulder sore. Work ran late. Tell the coach and it prepares the change: a different workout, a swap, a day moved. You approve it. The plan shifts, it does not break, and nothing in here keeps a streak to punish you with. Ask it anything. It has read your program and every set you logged. Tell it what you ate, or on Platinum photograph the plate, and the calories and the protein land on the day. Every eight weeks it reads three new photos against the old ones and reports what moved and what it is changing. With your permission it reads Apple Health for steps, resting heart rate and recorded workouts, and a session started on Apple Watch is saved to Health. WHO IT IS FOR Heracles is written for men. The goal shapes are male physiques, and the training, the calories and the protein come from research on men. It is for men who will train two to six days a week and want to stop guessing. It is not for you if you want a library of workouts to browse. Heracles writes one plan, yours, and then runs it with you. WHAT IT COSTS The read is free. No program is written before you subscribe. Heracles Pro carries 200 coach messages a month and meals logged in words. The annual plan starts with 7 days free on a first subscription. Heracles Platinum is everything in Pro, plus meals read from a photo and no monthly cap on the coach. Its annual plan has the same free week. The app shows the price before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews at the same price and period unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Terms of use: https://heracles.quatronstudios.com/terms Privacy policy: https://heracles.quatronstudios.com/privacy Heracles is a training tool, not medical advice. The AI can be confidently wrong and you are the last check. Talk to a doctor before you start training, and stop if something hurts.
