Celsius and Fahrenheit together, without mental conversion. Check the weather at home or abroad, with both temperature scales always in view. FIND A CITY AND MAKE IT YOURS Tap the three-line Settings button at the upper left of the weather screen. Start typing a city name to see matching places, then tap a result to add and select it. Touch and hold a saved city by its drag handle to reorder it. Your current location stays first; the first three saved cities appear in the grouped shortcuts at the upper right. In Settings, choose which temperature scale appears larger, actual or feels-like temperatures, distance and wind units, pressure units, language, and date format. Choose the metrics below the temperature and in your widgets. French is available for both France and Canada. FREE WEATHER, NO ADS Current conditions, hourly forecasts, seven-day daily forecasts, two saved cities, the main weather widget, and the air quality index are free. DUAL DEGREE PLUS Plus adds 15-day forecasts, unlimited saved cities, advanced widgets, pollutant details, Moonphase, and rain and lightning notifications in supported areas. Choose Lifetime Access, an annual subscription, or a monthly subscription. Your local price and any eligible trial appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. MOONPHASE With Plus, see the current phase, illumination, moonrise, and next full moon. Choose realistic lunar imagery or an analog display inspired by a mechanical moonphase watch. APPLE WATCH Version 2.0 adds a companion app with Celsius and Fahrenheit, saved cities, hourly and daily forecasts, and weather complications. Plus includes Moonphase and a lunar complication. Locations, units, language, and Plus access sync from iPhone. Requires watchOS 26 or later. WIDGETS AND WEATHER BACKGROUNDS Home Screen widgets share the app's weather sky, including day and night scenes. Larger widgets combine hourly and daily forecasts. Widgets follow your temperature and unit preferences. Lock Screen widgets keep key readings close at hand. LIGHTNING AND RAIN Tap the Lightning section to view recent strikes on a map. Lightning detection covers the Americas and adjacent oceans, not mainland France. Severe alerts and minute-by-minute rain depend on Apple Weather coverage; other locations use Open-Meteo's next-hour forecast. DATA AND PRIVACY Open-Meteo supplies forecasts and air quality. Apple Weather supplies alerts, minute-by-minute rain, and fallback weather. The provider credit at the bottom of the weather page identifies the sources used. Lightning data comes from NOAA GOES. No account is required and there are no in-app ads. See our privacy policy for location use and Apple Ads install-to-purchase measurement. Existing Mission Control buyers receive the Rockets 2 paid capabilities automatically after StoreKit restoration. Explore launch sites on a 3D globe, search pads and missions, compare recent and upcoming launches, and use Mission Planner to filter missions by provider, orbit, status, timing, and weather or hold concerns. Add selected launch windows to Calendar and start a Live Activity for upcoming missions. Rockets uses Launch Library 2 for launch schedules and launch pad data.
