BioSignal turns health reports into a private biomarker timeline. Upload a PDF or photo of a lab report, review the extracted values, and track changes across cholesterol, glucose, HbA1c, thyroid, liver, kidney, blood count, hormones, nutrients, and any other numeric metric your reports contain. Built for people whose lab results are scattered across portals, downloads, email, and camera roll. BioSignal helps you keep them in one place without turning every result into a spreadsheet. Upload reports as PDF or images. On-device OCR reads the file, BioSignal extracts possible biomarkers, and you approve the report date, values, units, ranges, and flags before saving. You stay in control: edit or delete anything before it becomes part of your timeline. Track trends over time. Open any biomarker to see saved readings, unit-normalized history where available, reference ranges from your reports, and changes between reports. Pin the metrics that matter most with BioSignal Pro. Add lifestyle context with daily journals. Log exercise, food, drinks, unusual symptoms, and other notes so you can compare what changed around your lab dates. Pattern summaries are informational and designed to help you notice what may be worth discussing with a qualified professional. Privacy matters because lab reports are personal. BioSignal stores report files, OCR text, sex at birth, date of birth, journals, and extracted biomarkers on your device. App Lock can protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. BioSignal Pro subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. The free tier may show Google AdMob ads and may request App Tracking Transparency permission; if you decline tracking, ad requests are marked non-personalized. BioSignal is for personal tracking and informational use only. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about lab results or health decisions. BioSignal Pro is optional. Upgrade for unlimited report history, advanced trend charts, journal pattern summaries, parser confidence/raw context where available, unlimited journal tracking, pinned dashboard metrics, and an ad-free experience. About

Marker · Blood Test Tracker

Features

Marker turns your lab reports into a clear, private record you actually keep. Bring a report in four ways: • Open a PDF from Files • Share a PDF or image from another app • Snap a photo of a printed result • Type values in by hand Marker reads the report on your device and lays out each value next to the reference range that is printed on that same report — within range, above range, or below range, in plain descriptive words. No app-invented ranges, no scores, no verdicts. When a value looks uncertain, Marker flags the line and lets you check or correct it before anything is saved, so your history stays clean. Watch a value move over the years. Each marker opens into a timeline chart with the printed reference band drawn behind it, so you can see the shape of your own data across every report you have kept. Understand what you are looking at. For common markers — full blood count, the modern lipid panel including ApoB and Lp(a), liver, kidney, thyroid, and vitamins — Marker shows a short, plain-language description of what the value measures, with its source cited. Descriptions only; Marker does not tell you what to do. Private by design: • Everything stays on your iPhone • No account, no sign-in, no cloud • No content-reading analytics — your lab results stay on your device Marker is for informational use only and is not a medical device. It does not provide a diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. Reference ranges come from your own lab report. Always talk to a qualified professional about your results. Read any report in full, for free. Keeping it — and building your history over the years — is Marker Pro. —— PAYMENT, RENEWALS, TERMS & PRIVACY Marker Pro is available as a Year Pass (12 months, one payment, no auto-renewal) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store. No subscription, no account.
