Wurfel reads your scrambled cube with the camera, then does one of two things: it solves the cube for you, move by move in 3D, or it teaches you to solve it yourself. It works with the 2x2, the classic 3x3 and the 4x4. Hold up each of the six faces and Wurfel fills in the colors. Prefer to do it by hand? Pick a color and tap it onto the stickers of a 3D cube you can spin any way you like. LEARN TO SOLVE IT YOURSELF Always wanted to know how to solve a cube on your own? Learn to solve teaches you the beginner method, step by step, on your real cube. You build it layer by layer, in small chapters, and a short intro shows how it all works the first time. After that, every piece takes three steps: • Find: the piece has a white frame on screen, so you can spot it on your cube • Watch: the cube on screen turns it into place, and the view swings around so you see both the piece and its spot. Pause, step back and forth, or replay them • Do: make the same turns on your cube After each chapter, you check that your cube matches the screen. If it doesn't, nothing is lost: turn the chapter back, or rescan and pick up where you left off. The steps are written so a child can follow them. No cube with you? Scramble one on screen and practice there. OR JUST SOLVE IT Tap Solve and Wurfel works out a short solution, about 20 turns for a 3x3. Every move plays out on the 3D cube and is named in plain words, like "Right clockwise." Play it all the way through, or step forward and back at your own pace. YOUR OWN CUBE'S COLORS Are your cube's shades a little different? Set its real colors in Own cube with the color picker, or let the camera read them off your solved cube, one face at a time. The scanner and the guide then use your cube's colors and their names. High contrast and Color-blind palettes are built in, too. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Scan and solve the 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4 • Scan with the camera, face by face, or enter the colors by hand • Learn to solve it yourself with the beginner method, one piece at a time • Watch every move in 3D, with each turn spelled out in words • Color checks catch a wrong sticker before you solve • Switch between solving and Learn to solve with one button on the home screen WORKS ANYWHERE • Fully offline, even with no signal • iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo, in light or dark mode • Choose a light, dark or automatic app icon • No account, no ads, no subscription, no tracking TRY IT, THEN PAY ONCE Wurfel is free to download, and your first two solves are on us, with everything included: camera scan, 3D playback, every cube size. Solving the same cube again never uses up another solve. A guided solve in Learn to solve counts as one of the two. After that, a single purchase unlocks everything for good. No subscription, no ads, no second bill.

CubeSnap solves your cube from two photos. Point the camera at your scrambled cube with the white center facing up. Snap. Flip it over so the yellow center faces up. Snap again. CubeSnap reads all 54 stickers and plays back a step-by-step solution on an interactive 3D cube. WATCH IT, DO NOT DECODE IT Your solution plays as smooth 3D turns with the current move highlighted, adjustable speed, and a second view that tracks every step: a flattened net, or a ring graph that shows how each turn moves the stickers. Step forward and back through each turn until it clicks. NO CUBE? TRY THE DEMO The home screen solves a sample cube the moment you open the app. No account, no setup. GOD'S NUMBER Every scramble can be solved in 20 moves or fewer, a bound nicknamed God's number. The gold badge celebrates when your solution meets it, and Tighten hunts for something even shorter. FREE THROUGH 2026 Every solution is free through December 31, 2026. After that, unlock a solution with a single purchase or go unlimited with CubeSnap Unlimited. Reading your cube is always free. No ads, ever. ON IPHONE AND IPAD One app, both screens. PRIVACY FIRST Your photos are used to read the cube and nothing else. No account required.
