PingWeather vs MiruMado Focus Browser

PingWeather is the weather alert app for people who need more than a daily forecast. Instead of checking the weather constantly, let PingWeather monitor conditions and notify you only when they match your personal rules. CREATE CUSTOM ALERT RULES Set precise thresholds for any weather condition: temperature, precipitation chance, wind speed, UV index, humidity, visibility, and more. Choose "above," "below," or "between" comparisons to fine-tune exactly when you want to be alerted. SMART NOTIFICATION CONTROL Never get spammed again. Define time windows for when alerts are active, set maximum notifications per hour and per day, enforce minimum intervals between alerts, and configure quiet hours so you only hear from us when it matters. DUAL WEATHER ENGINE Powered by Apple WeatherKit with automatic Open-Meteo fallback. If one data source goes down, the other takes over seamlessly so you never miss a critical alert. PRIORITY LEVELS Assign Normal, High, or Critical priority to each rule. Critical alerts can break through Do Not Disturb so you always see the most important weather updates. MiruMado is a privacy-focused browser that lets you view selected parts of webpages through focus windows while dimming the surrounding area. Keep useful details such as weather, headlines, scores, delivery updates, and reservations in view. Switch between standard browsing, focus view, and blackout view. Save separate small and medium still-image crops in the Home Screen Focus Image widget. Widget crops do not change your in-app focus windows. Each image shows its capture date/time; tap it to open the source page. Images do not automatically refresh: capture and save again in the app to update them. Capture is unavailable in Private Browsing. Check what will appear on your Home Screen before saving. Manage quick links, favorites, recent sites, and saved focus windows locally. Page translation, desktop-site mode, text size, display repair, and content blocking are available per page. Saved URLs, focus settings, favorites, preferences, and widget images stay on your device. Widget images are stored in the shared app and extension container. No MiruMado account, advertising SDK, external browsing-history logging, or webpage parsing or scraping is added.
