Bipolar Anonymous

Bipolar Anonymous is a calm, anonymous peer community for people living with bipolar disorder — a place to share what you're going through, ask questions, and connect with others who genuinely understand, without using your real name. Living with bipolar can feel isolating. Highs, lows, medication changes, sleepless nights, difficult days at work, and the worry of telling the people around you — it helps to talk to others who've been there. Bipolar Anonymous gives you that space, anytime, from your phone. WHY PEOPLE USE IT • Anonymous by design — you choose a Moniker, a private nickname, not your real identity. There are no profiles to fill in and no real names on display. • Real peer support — post about how you're doing, reply to others, and offer encouragement. Everyone here gets it. • A fresh daily topic — a rotating discussion prompt gives the community something new to talk about each day. • Look out for each other — if someone's post worries you, send an SOS flag and the moderators are told. A post that reads like someone in crisis gets an automatic reply with crisis lines within seconds. • A community you can shape — mute anyone you'd rather not see, and report posts that cross the line. Posts are moderated, and you can delete your own at any time. A BUILT-IN WIKI Browse plain-language, community-oriented information on the topics that come up most when living with bipolar, including: • Medications • Conditions • Therapies • Lifestyle • Warning signs • Hospital • Workplace • Pregnancy • For loved ones Search across it all to quickly find what you need. PRIVATE AND LOW-PRESSURE • No real names, no public profiles. • Your email is used only to send your sign-in code, and is deleted as soon as the code is used. Your profile is filed under a code made with a secret key on our server, and posts carry no account ID. • Posts are visible to other members and are not end-to-end encrypted, so please don't share anything that identifies you. • You're in control of what you share and can remove your posts or account whenever you want. • Older posts are automatically cleared over time, so the board stays current rather than becoming a permanent record. A KIND PLACE TO LAND Bipolar Anonymous is built to be supportive and judgement-free. Whether you're newly diagnosed, supporting someone you love, or years into managing bipolar, you're welcome here. The board is for adults aged 18 and over. IMPORTANT Bipolar Anonymous is a peer-support community, not a medical service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional mental-health care, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician. If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or someone else, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Download Bipolar Anonymous and join a community that understands. Built by James Markey MBE and hosted by UNI·SIM.

Quiet Space Meditation Quiet Space Meditation is a simple, minimalist meditation timer designed for people who want to meditate without distractions. Many meditation apps are filled with courses, subscriptions, recommendations, social features, notifications, and endless options. Quiet Space Meditation takes a different approach. It is a straightforward tool created for one purpose: helping you meditate. The app consists of only two screens: • A meditation timer. • A personal meditation history screen. The timer allows sessions from 0 to 90 minutes, with optional interval bells that can be adjusted to suit individual practice. Users may choose any number of interval bells or none at all. Three bells signal the beginning of a session and three bells mark its conclusion. A pause function is available during a session if needed. To make regular practice effortless, the app includes four preset slots. Users can save up to four preferred meditation configurations, including session length and interval bell settings, and quickly load them whenever needed. In addition, the app automatically remembers and restores the most recently used settings when it is reopened, allowing users to begin their practice with minimal interaction. The interface has been intentionally designed to be clean, intuitive, and easy to use. There are no complicated settings, no unnecessary choices, and no learning curve. For example, the app provides a single meditation bell rather than multiple bell selections, reducing decision-making and keeping the focus on practice rather than configuration. The history screen records completed meditation sessions and allows users to view the date, time, and duration of their practice. This information is stored only on the user’s device and is intended solely to help users develop awareness and consistency in their meditation practice. Privacy is a core principle of the app. Quiet Space Meditation does not collect personal information, does not require an account, does not use analytics, does not track users, and does not transmit meditation history to any external service. The app is not affiliated with any religion, philosophy, organization, or meditation tradition. It is designed to be useful for anyone who wishes to meditate, regardless of their background, beliefs, or level of experience. Quiet Space Meditation is provided free of charge as a community-minded project created to support meditation practice. It is not intended as a commercial venture and will remain free to use. The goal is simple: a quiet space to meditate. This version reads very well for Apple App Review because it emphasizes functionality, privacy, accessibility, and user benefit without sounding promotional or ideological.
