Voicekeep is a voice recorder and transcriber that works entirely on your iPhone. Recording, transcription, and AI features all run on-device — nothing about what you say is ever sent to a server. ON-DEVICE TRANSCRIPTION Voicekeep uses Apple's own Speech framework to transcribe your recordings — no cloud upload, no network round-trip for your audio. Your first 10 transcriptions are free; after that, unlimited transcription is included with Voicekeep Pro+. PRO+: AI SUMMARIES, QUESTIONS, AND TAGS Subscribe to Pro+ and every recording gets: • A concise AI summary with clear action items • Ask AI — ask questions about a recording and get answers pulled straight from the transcript • Automatic topic tags, suggested in one tap On iPhone 15 Pro and newer with iOS 26, this runs on Apple Intelligence. On other iPhones, Voicekeep can download a compact on-device AI model instead — entirely optional, and never downloaded without your say-so. SHARE IN ONE TAP Send a transcript or an AI summary anywhere — Messages, Mail, Notes — straight from the share sheet, no copy-pasting. BUILT FOR REAL CONVERSATIONS • Speaker labels tag who said what in every segment • Tap any line to jump playback to that moment • Highlight key moments and filter to just the highlights • Custom vocabulary for names and jargon your recordings use often • Tags and instant search across every recording and transcript • Export to TXT, Markdown, SRT, VTT, or PDF • Send a transcript snippet to Reminders or Calendar in one tap • Translate any transcript with Apple's built-in Translation • Apple Watch app to start and stop recording from your wrist • Live Activity shows recording progress on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island PRIVACY BY DESIGN No accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no servers. Voicekeep doesn't know who you are and doesn't want to. Your recordings and transcripts stay on your iPhone unless you choose to export or share them. PRICING • Free: 10 transcriptions, full search, full export, speaker labels, tags. • Pro+: $4.99/month or $29.99/year (7-day free trial) — unlimited transcription plus AI summaries, Ask AI, and auto-tags. Your voice. Your iPhone. Nothing else. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

About

Notarius

Features

Notarius records a conversation, transcribes it, tells the speakers apart, and rewrites it into a clean, structured note — entirely on your iPhone. No account. No upload. No server. Once the models are downloaded, it works in airplane mode. WHY IT IS DIFFERENT Most transcription apps send your audio to a server. Notarius never does. The speech recognition, the speaker separation and the AI that organizes your note all run on the device in your hand. Your audio, your transcript and your notes never leave it — there is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is collected. WHAT IT DOES • Record a conversation, or import audio you already have • Offline transcription in 23 languages • Speaker labels — Notarius separates who spoke when, automatically • Teach it your voice once, and your own turns get marked as yours • Rename and merge speakers; the change applies to the whole transcript • On-device AI turns the raw transcript into a tidy, structured note • Choose a note style, or write your own prompt • Tap any line of the transcript to hear that moment of the recording • Full-text search across every note • Notes are plain Markdown files you own — export or share any note, or zip up all of them WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR • Meetings and minutes, written up before you have left the room • Interviews, for journalists and researchers • Lectures and supervision sessions • Voice memos and dictation you would rather keep to yourself BUILT FOR CONFIDENTIAL CONVERSATIONS Therapists, doctors, lawyers, researchers and journalists handle conversations that must not be uploaded to a third party. Notarius was built for exactly that: a recorder and note-taker with no cloud behind it. Because nothing is transmitted, no third party ever receives your audio. HOW IT WORKS 1. Record, or import a file 2. Notarius transcribes it and splits it by speaker 3. Ask it to make notes — the on-device AI reorganizes the transcript into headings, decisions and action points 4. Edit anything; the transcript and the note stay linked PAY ONCE Seven days free, then a single purchase. No subscription, no credits, no per-minute fees, free updates. Your notes stay readable whether you buy or not. BEFORE YOU START Notarius downloads its AI models on first run. They are large — plan for several gigabytes and use Wi-Fi. Japanese, Korean and Chinese use a second speech model, downloaded the first time you choose one of them. Turning a transcript into a note runs a language model on the device, which needs an iPhone with at least 6 GB of memory. Recording, transcription, speaker labels and search work on every supported iPhone. After that, the app needs no connection at all. The only network traffic Notarius makes is that model download and the App Store purchase itself.
