Turn moments into life lessons. Most journals save what happened. Binate helps you learn from it. Capture one meaningful moment from Work or Personal life. When AI processing is on and an entry has enough detail, Binate can help turn that reflection into a Lesson or Memory grounded in what you wrote. You can also add your own Lessons and Memories without AI. REFLECT ON WHAT MATTERS - Write a journal entry in your own words - Use daily prompts when you are not sure where to begin - Keep Work and Personal entries in separate spaces - Add a voice note or photo when words are not enough - Record what to remember, what to try next, and why it mattered - Search words, names, feelings, and phrases across your journal TURN MOMENTS INTO LIFE LESSONS Lessons are the heart of Binate. Review them one at a time or browse your library when a similar situation returns. Memories keep meaningful moments close. Binate Journal Plus can also help you notice patterns in the people you write about and unlock the full Insights view. CHOOSE HOW AI HELPS Binate asks before using third-party AI processing. When it is on, eligible journal text can be sent to OpenRouter and OpenAI to look for insights. When it is off, journals still save normally and are not sent for AI processing. Change the preference anytime under Settings → Privacy & Security. On supported devices, Face ID or Touch ID can lock the app. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose Work or Personal. 2. Capture what happened with text, a voice note, or a photo. 3. Keep the Lesson or Memory that matters. 4. Return to My Story or Search whenever you want to remember what the moment taught you. Your day already has lessons. Start with one real moment and keep what it can teach you. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Built by Michelle, solo founder. Actually helps you find out, one timed session at a time. The dread is almost always bigger than the task. Here's how it works: name the task you've been avoiding, guess how long it'll take, then hit start. Actually films you doing it and builds a shareable timelapse comparing your guess to the real time. Most people find out the thing they dreaded for days takes twelve minutes. No shame, no guilt trips, no hustle-culture noise. Just a gentle nudge and a little proof that you can, in fact, do the thing. One App Store reviewer put it this way: "I love how I can predict how long it will take and then actually find out the real time it took." — DavidProductTester, App Store review BIG TASKS, SMALL STEPS • Break big tasks into steps, with photo proof at each one • Overwhelming projects turn into a simple checklist POINTS, STREAKS AND BADGES • Earn points, levels and streaks along the way • Unlock 27 badges across five categories as you build momentum YOUR WEEK • Set a weekly goal and watch a live progress card fill in as you go • Every Sunday, get a warm recap of your week instead of a guilt-trip reminder TIMELAPSES WORTH WATCHING • Speed ramps and a Before/After ending • Share straight to Instagram Stories or Feed if you want to show off your win PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • Everything lives on your phone • No account required • Your sessions and videos stay private unless you choose to share them STRAIGHT TO YOUR FIRST WIN • No quiz, no account: name one task, guess the time, and start • Filming is optional, and the timer works great on its own TRY IT FREE • Your first 3 sessions are free • Then unlock unlimited sessions with Actually Pro https://procrastination-clock.rork.app/terms https://procrastination-clock.rork.app/privacy
