Pilly is a simple, private birth control pill reminder with one thing no other app has: if you forget a dose, your partner can be notified. Because contraception is something you can carry together. WHY PILLY • Daily pill reminders that actually reach you, with follow-ups if you miss a dose • Partner alerts: your partner is notified only if you forget. You choose to link, and you can unlink anytime. • Streaks & history: see your consistency at a glance • Private by design: only you and the partner you choose ever see your data NOT A TRACKER, A REMINDER Pilly isn't a fertility or period tracker. It does one job and does it well: helping you take your pill on time. PRIVACY FIRST Your data stays between you and the partner you choose to link. Nothing is ever sold. Pilly is a reminder and organiser. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — always follow your prescription and your doctor's guidance. Celsia is a perimenopause and HRT tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. It reads what your Watch already records, keeps a log of your symptoms and treatments, and makes a one-page report your provider can read in thirty seconds. YOUR NIGHTS, WITHOUT TYPING With your permission, Celsia reads sleep, heart rate variability, resting and overnight heart rate, and wrist temperature from Apple Health, and compares each night with your own usual range, never with anyone else’s. Each morning, Today sums up last night in a sentence and marks anything outside your usual. On iOS 27, Celsia reads the stage you set in Apple Health, and symptoms you log there count too. ONE TAP TO LOG Log a hot flash, night sweats or any of more than 20 symptoms with one tap, and hold a symptom to set how strong it was and when. Log from the Lock Screen, Control Center, Siri or your Apple Watch without opening the app. The symptoms and bleeding you log also go to Apple Health wherever it has a matching type, and what you’ve already logged in Apple Health counts too. If you still have periods, log bleeding and spotting and see the days since your last bleed, with no predictions. EVERY FORM OF THERAPY Estrogen patches, gels, sprays and tablets, progesterone, vaginal estrogen, rings, IUDs, testosterone, non-hormonal treatments, and your own entries. Reminders understand twice-weekly patches and cyclical progesterone, suggest the next patch site, and arrive as time-sensitive notifications with Taken, Snooze and Skip. Your next dose can also wait on the Lock Screen. Every dose change is marked on your timeline. A REPORT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT One tap makes a PDF on your iPhone: your current therapy and how often you took it, symptoms per week, your nights against your usual, what changed after your latest dose change, bleeding, and the questions you want to ask. Share it, print it or save it. With Celsia Pro (in-app purchase), it adds pages with every symptom, dose and note. Add the date of your next appointment and Celsia can remind you the evening before. TRENDS AND PATTERNS Trends show the last four weeks of your nights and symptoms against your usual range, and what changed after your latest dose change. With Celsia Pro (in-app purchase): twelve weeks to a year, every earlier dose change, and pattern cards that show when symptoms line up with your nights, your cycle or your therapy, each with its numbers and a “Why am I seeing this?” note. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no sign-in. No analytics, no ads, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. Apple Health data never leaves this iPhone. Nothing is sent to us. Export what you’ve entered, or delete everything, at any time. CELSIA PRO, AN OPTIONAL IN-APP PURCHASE Celsia Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold as an in-app purchase: $39.99 a year with a 14-day free trial, or $6.99 a month. Pro adds the full report with a day-by-day grid, unlimited report history, trends past four weeks, every earlier dose change, pattern cards, and your choice of device for sleep and heart rate variability. Logging, the therapy log, reminders, widgets, the Apple Watch app, the one-page report, what changed after your latest dose change, and exporting everything you’ve entered are free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. It does not diagnose, and it does not recommend treatments or doses. Decisions about your care belong to you and your provider.
