Learn Liquid Glass

Learn Liquid Glass is a focused reference and learning app for developers working with SwiftUI’s Liquid Glass design system. Explore more than 50 guided lessons and 200+ working examples you can open, adjust with live controls, and copy the Swift from — on iPhone, iPad and Mac. See Liquid Glass against real photography and artwork. The live examples use varied colour, texture and detail to demonstrate refraction, contrast and legibility more clearly than flat placeholder backgrounds. Share an individual example page when you find something useful, making it easier to save an idea or send a technique to another developer. The library is organized by task: glass foundations, controls, navigation and system chrome, interaction and motion, platform APIs, shipping quality, and reference. Every example pairs a live interaction with its source, the frameworks it uses, and the OS versions it needs. Learn current material guidance — where Liquid Glass belongs on the control layer and where standard materials belong in the content layer — alongside iOS 27 additions including adaptive toolbars, minimized tab bars, bottom accessories and scroll edge effects. Liquid AI provides optional on-device help for explanations and Swift code ideas when Apple Intelligence is available on your device. Prompts and code are processed on-device and are not sent to external servers. Everything works offline. No account, no tracking.
SymboCalc
Read full descriptionHide full description
SymboCalc is a symbolic calculator that gives you exact answers, not just decimals. Factor a polynomial, solve an equation for a variable, differentiate, integrate, invert a matrix, then plot the result... all in one app, all on your device. EXACT BY DEFAULT Results stay exact: 1/3 is 1/3, not 0.3333. Radicals, fractions and complex numbers are kept symbolic and typeset as real mathematics, with stacked fractions, proper radicals and matrix brackets. Tap any answer to switch it to a decimal, and tap again to switch back. ALGEBRA Expand, factor, simplify, collect, partial fractions, proper fractions, common denominators, polynomial division and GCD, trigonometric expansion and collection. CALCULUS Derivatives to any order, indefinite and definite integrals, limits including one-sided limits and limits at infinity, Taylor series, summations and products in closed form, arc length, numeric derivatives and integrals, and differential equations with initial conditions. EQUATIONS Solve exactly or numerically, over the reals or the complex numbers. Systems of equations, polynomial roots, and a dedicated numeric solver where you fill in what you know and solve for the rest. MATRICES AND VECTORS Determinants, inverses, rank, RREF, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, characteristic polynomials, LU and QR, null space, dot and cross products — with symbolic entries, not just numbers. GRAPHING Functions, implicit equations, inequalities, parametric curves, polar curves, sequences, differential equations with slope fields, and rotatable 3D surfaces. Pan and pinch, trace, and find zeros, minima, maxima, inflection points, intersections, tangents and areas. Logarithmic axes and sliders for free parameters are built in. STATISTICS One- and two-variable statistics, ten regression models from linear to logistic and sinusoidal, and the normal, t, chi-square, F, binomial and Poisson distributions. MORE Unit conversion with dimensional analysis and physical constants. Base and bitwise arithmetic in hex and binary. Time-value-of-money and cash-flow functions. A programming language with loops and conditionals. Tables of values. Saved worksheets you can export as PDF. BUILT FOR TYPING MATHS One keypad, no modes. A strip of operations sits above it — solve, factor, expand, d/dx, integral — and the full function browser is one tap away, with an example you can run for every function. The letter keyboard is there when you need a name, and gone when you do not. PRIVATE BY DESIGN SymboCalc collects nothing and makes no network requests. There is no account, no tracking and no advertising. Your work stays on your device.

SymboCalc's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.
