Simple Food Track turns what you actually eat into calories and macros you can understand in seconds, without hunting through a giant food database for every meal. Describe a meal in plain language, snap one or more photos, or paste a recipe link (Pro). The estimate covers calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and more. Adjust portions, fix line items, and see the day add up on Home. WHY PEOPLE USE SIMPLE FOOD TRACK • Fast logging — Start from text, or from one or more meal photos (Pro). • Import recipes (Pro) — Paste a website, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube cooking link, or a recipe photo. You get ingredients and per-serving macros. Adjust servings, then save and log. • Meals that are not just barcodes — Home cooking, restaurant plates, and mixed meals. • Daily picture — Calories and macros against your targets on Home. • Meal slots — Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, organized by time of day. • History — Open any entry and edit it with the same tools you use to log. Duplicate a favorite. • How you feel — A short journal on Home or History, tied to the day. It is not a diagnosis. • Saved meals — Log a repeat in one tap, including meals you imported. • Goals — A calorie target, macro-split presets, or exact protein, carb, and fat grams. Gram targets update the calorie goal from those macros. • Analytics — Weekly charts for intake, meal rhythm, inflammation cues, caffeine, and goal progress. A period report calls out foods that pushed you over your goals. • Apple Health — Optional sync for weight and activity next to your food log. • Pantry — Restock from photos, tap a staple to log it, and get meal ideas from what you have left in the day. • Meal plans (Pro) — Plan the week and log from the plan when you are ready. SIMPLE FOOD PRO (OPTIONAL) Pro adds: • Recipe import from sites, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, photos, and pasted text, with Adjust servings • Photo meal analysis • Premium text analysis for complex meals • Meal plan editing and logging from your plan • Extended analytics and monthly recaps Monthly and annual plans. Cancel anytime in Settings. A free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers. Text estimates and the core journal do not require Pro. Photo analysis, recipe import, and the other Pro features do. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Simple Food Track is wellness and habit tracking software. Fasting is a beautifully simple intermittent-fasting timer that does one thing well: it tracks your fast. No goals to hit. No streaks to protect. No accounts, no ads, no clutter. Just tap once to begin, and a calm live timer counts your fast while a glowing ring fills toward the next stage your body moves through. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Most fasting apps pile on dashboards, reminders, and pressure. This one strips fasting back to its essence — a clear timer you can glance at and put away. It's designed to feel quiet and focused, not gamified. WHAT YOU GET • One-tap start and stop, with a big, satisfying button • A live timer that keeps perfect time across restarts, time-zone changes, and daylight saving • Metabolic milestones — the ring fills toward the next stage (blood sugar settling, glycogen burning, fat burning, ketosis, autophagy, and more) • Tap any milestone for an honest, plain-language explanation of what's happening in your body • Forgot to start the timer? Just tap the ring to fix your start time. Forgot to stop? End your fast at the right time after the fact. • An ongoing notification shows your current duration at a glance • A simple history of past fasts — swipe to delete • 18 languages and a clean dark design HONEST BY DESIGN The milestone descriptions are written plainly and honestly. Where the science is still early or based mostly on animal research, we say so. This app is a timer and an educational companion — not medical advice. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your data stays on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking, and nothing is uploaded. Fasting works for 16:8, OMAD, alternate-day, extended fasts, or any schedule you like — because it never forces a schedule on you. Note: Fasting is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
