Routine Interval Timer

Repeat your workouts and focus sessions in timed sets. DDANG is a routine interval timer that keeps workouts, stretching, and focus sessions moving with short sounds and haptic cues. Set your work time, rest time, and number of sets for routines such as planks, wall sits, dead hangs, stretching, or alternating periods of focus and rest. For repeated movements, set a target count and tempo (BPM). DDANG plays cues at consistent intervals to help you keep your rhythm without losing count. You do not need to keep looking at the screen. Short sounds and haptics tell you when to start, switch phases, prepare for the end, begin the final set, and complete the routine. ■ Made for people who want to · Repeat workouts in timed sets · Train with planks, wall sits, dead hangs, and other holds · Keep count during stretching and repeated movements · Alternate between focus and rest · Continue without constantly checking the screen · Review daily activity and streaks · Record workout heart rate with a compatible watch ■ Main features · Custom labels Save routines with names such as “Plank,” “Stretching,” or “Focus.” · Time-based intervals Set work time, rest time, and the number of sets. · Start countdown Choose your preparation time before a routine begins. · Sound and haptic cues Receive brief cues for starts, transitions, final sets, and completion. · Remaining-time cues Choose when to be notified before a work or rest phase ends. · Repetition counter Set a target count and tempo (BPM) for repeated movements. · Recommended templates Quickly start routines such as planks, wall sits, and dead hangs. · Tags Organize routines by workout, study, stretching, or your own categories. · Statistics and calendar Review active time, completed sets, active days, and streaks. · Backup and restore Export your data and restore routines and records on another device. ■ Use DDANG with your watch Install DDANG on a compatible watch to sync timers created on your phone and start workouts from your wrist. · Sync timers created on your phone · Start workout timers from your watch · Configure haptics, sounds, and in-app touch lock · Record heart rate during phone-started workouts · Sync watch-completed workouts back to your phone · Review average, minimum, and maximum heart rate · See heart rate trends for each workout set Heart rate recording requires a supported watch and the appropriate permissions. READ THE COUNTDOWN FROM ACROSS THE ROOM The whole screen is the signal. Orange while you work, blue while you rest. The screen stays awake for the whole workout, so you can prop the phone against the rack or on the treadmill. On iPad, the countdown fills the entire screen. HEAR IT THROUGH YOUR MUSIC Put the phone in your pocket and let the sound lead. Five seconds before the start, you get counted in. Two rising tones warn you the phase is about to end, and four beats take you into the switch: three, two, one, go. Your music keeps playing – it isn't turned down or paused. You set the volume of the cues yourself: three levels, or off. IT ONLY STOPS WHEN YOU WANT IT TO Lock the phone and put it away. The countdown runs to the last interval, and the Lock Screen shows what's left. Need a break? Tap pause, and keep going when you're ready. READY IN SECONDS Work, rest and number of intervals on a single screen, with the start button always in view – no scrolling with sweaty fingers. Adjust in five-second steps, or pick one of the built-in presets. TRAIN FOR FREE Up to ten intervals, Tabata, 30/15 and 4×4. After every workout you see how many weeks in a row you've trained. You don't need an account, there are no ads, and nothing leaves your phone. Works offline, in 16 languages. PRO Pro is a one-time purchase. No subscription, nothing to cancel. Build your own workout With the Workout builder, every interval and every rest gets its own length. Pyramids that climb and come back down, ladders that go one way, or every interval set up on its own. Name your intervals – Burpees, Rowing – so you always know what's coming. Leave the phone where it is Set up the workout on your phone and let Apple Watch run it on its own – with music, if you like. You feel every phase change on your wrist. Glance at the watch, and your heart rate is there. Apple Watch runs only one workout at a time, so neither the Workout app nor other workout apps can run a workout alongside HIITimer – and you won't need to. The Digital Crown turns the cue volume up and down. When you're done, the workout is in Health, with your heart rate and active energy. Requires watchOS 11. See your heart rate while you train With a heart rate sensor, your heart rate sits on your phone's screen next to the countdown, even while another training app is using the same sensor. You decide whether the workout, heart rate included, is saved to Health, so it doesn't end up there twice. Everything in Pro • Up to 99 intervals and 20 sets • Workout builder: pyramids, ladders and circuit training • Every preset: EMOM, 30/30, 40/20 and multi-set versions • Save your own presets • The Apple Watch app • Heart rate from a sensor or Apple Watch • Copy the workout with RPE to your training log Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://hallvardfanebust-dev.github.io/hiitimer/privacy.html
