Slate runs the business side of a photo and video studio, so the work between shoots stops eating your week. Book a shoot, send the agreement, take the deposit, deliver the gallery, invoice it, and know what you actually made. One app, on your phone, at the shoot. BOOKING AND SCHEDULE Every shoot on one calendar, including jobs that run across several days. Set how long a shoot takes and how much travel time you need between them, and Slate stops you double-booking yourself. Subscribe to the calendar feed and it shows up in the calendar app you already use. MINI SESSIONS Publish a date, and Slate builds the time slots. Share one link or QR code: families pick a slot, sign your terms, and pay a deposit or the full amount without ever making an account. The balance is charged the day before automatically. On shoot day each booking has its own QR code; photograph it, upload the whole card, and Slate sorts the shoot into a gallery per family. PROPOSALS AND CONTRACTS Build a proposal from a saved package, send it, and see when it's opened. The client signs on their phone and the deposit invoice is created on signature. GALLERIES AND PROOFING Deliver photos and films in a gallery with your own branding. Films play smoothly on any connection. Set how many images are included and charge for extras, or let clients pick favourites and pay for the rest. Watermark proofs with your logo. Download everything in one go whenever you need a copy. CREATIVE Design flyers and business cards from your own photos. Ready-made pieces, your logo, your fonts, drag-and-drop with alignment guides, and print-ready PDFs with bleed. QR CODES Dynamic codes you can re-point any time without reprinting, with scan history and contact cards. MY LIBRARY Your best work in one place, separate from client galleries, ready to use in flyers and anywhere else. INVOICING AND PAYMENTS Invoice by the hour, by the project, or from a package. Clients pay by card. Slate tracks what's outstanding and chases it. CREW AND STAFF Assign shooters and editors, track what each is owed per job, and record payments. Staff sign in to see only their own schedule and their own pay. REAL ESTATE Agents book their own shoots and see their own listings. Brokers can be billed for their whole team on one invoice. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS Profit per shoot, per client and per month. Mileage, expenses, and a profit and loss view that separates what the business earned from what you paid out. WORKS OFFLINE Venues have bad signal. Slate keeps working and syncs when you're back. Slate is built by a working production company that uses it every day. Free for up to 10 projects. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial with 5 GB of storage; Pro includes photo and video galleries with 200 GB. Card payments require a Stripe account, which is free to create. Spray drones are changing American agriculture. American Drone Network is the only American-made platform connecting farmers, pilots, and industry partners under one roof. For Pilots: Find work, log flights, and build your business, all in one place. CropSwipe surfaces jobs in your area so you can take on more acres without chasing leads. CropFlight gives you a dedicated logbook to track every job, document spray activity, and stay organized for compliance and records. Unlike other logbook apps, CropFlight is completely free, no subscription required. For Farmers: Stop searching for a spray pilot. Post your job through CropSwipe, our built-in job matching feature, and get connected with a local pilot fast. Set your field, submit your request, and let the network do the rest. Whether you're managing a single operation or coordinating across multiple fields, ADN keeps it simple. Acre Advantage: ADN members earn rewards on partner chemistry purchases made through the network. Rewards accumulate throughout the season and are redeemable the following season, putting money back into your operation just by doing what you already do. One platform. Every stakeholder. All of American agriculture, connected.
