Norte is a habit tracker and app blocker for iPhone. It helps you build daily habits and routines, block the apps and websites that eat your time, and see how much of your day you got back. Go to the gym more, read every night, drink more water or sleep on time, while Norte keeps social media, short videos and games locked when you need to focus. WHAT DOES NORTE DO? • Habit tracker: check off daily habits, build streaks and see your progress across the whole year • App and website blocker: block apps and sites on a schedule or with daily time limits, using Apple's Screen Time • Focus reports: see your screen time every week, how often you tried to open blocked apps and how much time you saved WHO IS NORTE FOR? • People building better habits and a steady daily routine • People with ADHD, or anyone who gets distracted easily and needs structure that doesn't depend on willpower • Anyone stuck in doomscrolling who wants less screen time • Students and remote workers who need real focus time, without feeds pulling them away HOW DOES THE HABIT TRACKER WORK? Add the habits you want to build, like exercise, reading, meditation, water or sleep. Check them off each day and watch your streak grow. Set reminders for the time that works for you, add a widget to your home screen, and look back at a year view of every day you showed up. Missed a day? Just pick it up again tomorrow. HOW DOES THE APP BLOCKER WORK? Pick the apps and websites that distract you the most, like Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Then choose how Norte blocks them: • Schedules: block social media during work, study time or before bed • Daily limits: allow 30 minutes of an app, then it locks for the rest of the day • Hard Mode: once a block starts, you can't turn it off early Blocking runs on Apple's Screen Time, so it keeps working even when Norte is closed. IS NORTE GOOD FOR ADHD? Norte was designed with ADHD brains in mind. Blocks start on their own, so there's nothing to remember to switch on. Reminders nudge you at the right moment, and checking in takes a few taps a day. Norte isn't a medical app and doesn't replace treatment. It gives you outside structure so focus takes less effort. CAN NORTE HELP ME STOP DOOMSCROLLING? Yes. Set a daily limit or a schedule for the apps where you lose the most time, turn on Hard Mode, and the endless scroll is no longer one tap away. Your weekly report shows how many times you reached for your phone and how many hours you got back. HOW DO I KNOW IT'S WORKING? • Weekly focus reports with your screen time breakdown and usage patterns • Blocked opens and time saved, week by week • Streaks and a full year of habit progress in one view IS MY DATA PRIVATE? Yes. You don't need an account. Your habits stay on your iPhone and Norte doesn't sell your data. Screen Time data is handled by Apple and never leaves your device. You can back up and move everything to a new iPhone. HOW DO I START? 1. Add the habits you want to build 2. Pick the apps and websites to block 3. Set a schedule or a daily limit, then go live your day FREE AND NORTE PRO Norte is free to start with 3 habits and 1 focus rule. Norte Pro unlocks unlimited habits, unlimited focus rules and every Pro feature, with monthly, yearly or lifetime plans. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Routine Rocket

Routine Rocket is a calm, private daily-routine tracker. Group tasks into categories, tick them off through the day, and watch everything reset fresh each morning — so good habits actually stick. ...but it's not only for routines. Make it a Standard list and it's a clean checklist that stays exactly where you leave it — groceries, packing lists, app ideas, anything. Or choose Random Focus for a pile of jobs with no order: it hands you one category at a time, picked at random. One app, however you think. No ads. No accounts. No subscriptions. Your data stays on your device (and your own private iCloud if you turn on sync). FREE, FOREVER • Colour-coded categories and multiple lists • Three list types: Daily Reset (fresh at midnight, with a live countdown + optional morning reminder), Standard (stays put), and Random Focus (one category at a time, picked for you — categories can repeat every few days, weeks or months) • Mark categories done, per-list notes • Light, dark, and the signature Cyberpunk theme • Privacy: Face ID app lock + hide-when-backgrounded • Backup & restore — export your lists to a file, import them back • Fully accessible (Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Increase Contrast, Reduce Motion), plus left-handed mode and a distraction-free Focus mode ROUTINE ROCKET PRO — ONE-TIME UNLOCK, YOURS FOREVER • Unlimited lists • Full theme pack (Synthwave, Caramel Latte, Dracula, Nord & more) • Unit Tracker — count anything as you complete tasks. Set a trip budget, give each task a cost, and watch what's left tick down. Or track minutes, pocket money, whatever you like. • Celebration animations, home-screen widgets, iCloud sync, and list sharing Built for focus — Routine Rocket began as a tool for the maker's son, who has ADHD — designed to cut overwhelm: one category at a time, gentle momentum, a satisfying tick. It turned out to be just as good for anyone who wants a simple, private place for their lists. Private by design: no data collection, no third-party trackers. What's on your device stays yours.
