A desk day can pass before you notice how you're sitting. Take a short pause to pay attention to your posture and build a practice you can return to. START SMALL Free practice begins at three minutes. Wear compatible motion-capable AirPods, follow live alignment cues, and finish a sitting or standing session. Levels 1 and 2 are free, with a streak to mark your consistency. NO AIRPODS WITH YOU? Use a manual check-in to keep the awareness habit going. Live motion feedback and coaching require compatible AirPods; manual check-ins do not measure your alignment. BUILD YOUR PRACTICE The paid upgrade opens the full progression up to 15 minutes, posture walks, history and alignment trends. Optional all-day AirPods monitoring and Apple Watch nudges are there when you want them, but the daily practice can stay short. Motion is processed on your device. This app supports posture awareness and practice only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not promise to correct a condition or relieve pain. Both subscriptions renew automatically, and each offers a 7-day free trial when eligible. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or after an eligible trial. If you are not eligible, Apple charges at confirmation. The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the current period ends. Slouch Cue

Slouch Cue helps you notice your posture before a long work session turns into a slump. Daily posture scoring, live alignment, baseline updates, correction cues, and history features require an active subscription or a one-time Lifetime Access purchase. Weekly and monthly plans include a 3-day free trial. With supported headphones that provide motion data, Slouch Cue reads headphone motion during active tracking sessions, compares your head position against a quick baseline, and turns your posture into a simple live score. If your score stays below the threshold you choose for long enough, Slouch Cue can play a soft audio cue or show a notification to nudge you upright. Use Slouch Cue to: Set a neutral posture baseline in seconds Track a live posture score while you work Choose your correction threshold and interval Adjust audio cue volume Get gentle correction cues after sustained slouching Review your daily aggregate score Swipe through weekly history Tap any day to see sample-by-sample trends Keep posture samples stored on your device Slouch Cue works with supported headphones that include headphone motion sensors. For best results, connect compatible headphones, start tracking, and keep the app open while you work. iOS may continue tracking for a time when the app is not on screen, but background tracking is not guaranteed. Slouch Cue is a posture awareness tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
