EDLCare vs GoWalk

EDLCare is the official app of Electricity Distribution Lanka (Private) Limited, built to give every electricity customer fast, simple, and secure access to their accounts anytime, anywhere. View your current balance and full bill breakdown, download your e-Bill as a PDF, and pay your electricity bill online in seconds — for your account . Monitor your monthly usage trends through easy charts, and if you're a smart meter customer, check live energy and voltage data straight from your smart meter. When something goes wrong, report it directly through the app by selecting your account or pinning your location on the map — no phone call needed — and follow every step of your complaint live until it's fully resolved. Stay ahead of power interruptions with our nationwide outage map showing real-time breakdowns and planned outages across Sri Lanka, and use the outage calendar to see what's coming up for your linked accounts each month. Push notifications keep you informed about complaint updates, billing reminders, and power interruptions the moment they happen. Whether you manage one account at home or multiple accounts across different locations, EDLCare brings everything together in one place — available in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, with full light and dark mode support.
