About

Doneward

Doneward turns quick voice captures into clean notes and useful next steps on Apple Intelligence-capable iPhones. Record a thought, errand, meeting follow-up, or reminder before it slips away. Doneward saves audio in your private Doneward library, transcribes on your iPhone when on-device Speech is available, and uses Apple Intelligence to summarize what matters and suggest action cards you can review before sending anything to Reminders or Calendar. Smart summaries and action extraction require Apple Intelligence. Without Apple Intelligence, Doneward can still save recordings, play them back, export your data, and keep supported on-device transcripts. Private by design: no Doneward account, no subscription, and no developer cloud processing for memo content. Smart processing stays on device. Private iCloud restore can keep your memo library available after reinstall when you are signed into iCloud with the same Apple Account. Your recordings and transcripts leave Doneward only when you export, share, or route them to an Apple service you choose. Doneward is free to download with a 7-day full trial. After the trial, keep existing memos, export your data, or unlock Doneward forever with one lifetime purchase.
