You are a pigeon. Everybody on the street would rather you were somewhere else. Pixel Pigeon is a stealth game about a small grey bird with a plan. Case a place from the wires above it. Watch a shopkeeper's back, count the seconds a cat keeps its eyes shut, then drop in, take what you came for, and be three roofs away before anyone works out where the noise came from. NO SIGNAL, NO PROBLEM Download it once and the whole game sits on your phone. Every city, every level, every crumb. It plays exactly the same in a plane seat, in a tunnel, on the tube, in a queue at the airport, with the phone in airplane mode and nothing at all in the bars. Nothing to stream, nothing to sign into, no account to make. Open it and it is there. WHERE YOU WORK A city rooftop at dusk. A Bangkok weekend market at full volume. A cliff above the sea, an Irish bog, the great stones of the Pyramids, a neon backstreet in Hong Kong, a night train running dark. Every place has its own crowd, its own weather and its own way of catching you. WHAT YOU DO Read a street before you cross it, then take your moment Slip past cats, work a crowd, mind the wires, ride the wind Peck, poop, topple, and generally make yourself the problem Take the day's jobs, one of which names the exact piece of mischief it wants Keep a case file of what you have pulled off in every place Get booked: pull your pigeon's mugshot and charge sheet, then share it Kit out your bird and make the nest your own Play the golf tour through Venice, the Pyramids and Bangkok THE STREET ANSWERS BACK Lamps, statues, market stalls, temple bowls: touch almost anything and something has a word to say about it. Knock one thing over and the street notices. Keep going and it starts looking for you. Some of the faces turn up again in the next city, and they remember you. BUY IT ONCE Start free. One purchase opens the rest of the game and it stays yours. No subscriptions, no ads, no timers counting down while you wait, nothing that needs a connection. A wry little story about making it through, one feather at a time.
