Track your whole GLP-1 journey in one place — doses, meals, weight, side effects, and every win in between. Tonic is built for how your body actually changes on Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Mounjaro. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK • Weight, measurements, and progress photos — watch your story unfold • Meals by photo*, barcode, or voice — log a real meal in seconds, not minutes • GLP-1 doses, injection sites, and dose-day reminders so you never miss a shot • Side effects like nausea, fatigue, and mood — catch the patterns early • Workouts, steps, and activity, synced from Apple Health WHY TONIC Most weight apps were built before GLP-1 existed. They count calories, guilt-trip you over streaks, and miss the point. Tonic connects your dose, your symptoms, your meals, and your weight into one story — because on a GLP-1, that's how it all moves together. • Built for GLP-1 from the ground up — Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Mounjaro all supported • Works without medication too — plenty of people start with Tonic before their first shot • Two-way Apple Health sync — your data stays under your control • Sign in with Apple — no passwords, no email lists • No ads. Ever. BUILT FOR REAL DAYS Side effects and plateaus come with the territory. Tonic owns the hard days, celebrates the ones worth celebrating, and never guilts you for a missed log. Log when you can — Tonic meets you where you are. PRIVACY FIRST Your weight, your meals, your medication — they're yours. Tonic keeps your data private and never sells it. Only anonymous diagnostics ever leave the app, and only to fix bugs. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Tonic reads what you choose to share — weight, activity, nutrition, workouts — and writes weight and water back, so your timeline stays in sync across your devices. You approve every data type, one at a time. START IN UNDER A MINUTE Tell Tonic where you are on your journey, log your first weight, and you're in. The plan moves as you do. SUBSCRIPTION & LEGAL Tonic offers an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. *AI MEAL SCANNING AND INSIGHTS FROM TONIC REQUIRE A TONIC PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION. Step on the scale two mornings running and you might be a kilo heavier. You didn't gain a kilo of fat overnight. Nobody does. That's water and salt, and it's the biggest reason people give up on plans that were working. Steady shows you the part underneath. THE TREND, NOT THE NUMBER Steady reads your weigh-ins from Apple Health and fits a smoothed trend through them. Real fat loss moves about 0.1 kg a day. Daily noise moves fifteen to thirty times that. The trend follows the part that's actually you, so one heavy Monday stops looking like failure. It won't call a stall after four days. It won't tell you you're behind on day one. And it won't dress up water weight as progress. WHAT YOU SHOULD WEIGH TODAY Set a starting weight, a target and a date. Steady works out where you should be this morning and gives it as a range, because nobody lands on a decimal. Anywhere inside that range is on track. The chart shades it so you can see where you sit. The plan is drawn from the day you start, so there's something to look at from day one. WHAT'S ACTUALLY WORKING Steady lines your weight up against your steps, exercise, active energy, sleep and resting heart rate. It measures each one three ways: how much, how often, and how steadily. A 30,000-step Saturday and walking 7,000 every day are not the same week. When it can't find a pattern it says so. An app that finds something every week isn't looking honestly. WHEN YOU'RE DONE Switch to maintenance whenever you decide you've finished, at your target or wherever you've had enough. Steady widens the range and starts watching for drift instead of loss. The months after a diet last longer than the diet did. ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN Widgets in three sizes, plus a Watch app and complication showing your trend and whether you're on track. MUSCLE, OR FAT? Set a target above your current weight and a Build tab appears. Everyone putting on weight looks successful on a scale, including someone putting on nothing but fat. If your scale reports body fat, Steady splits what arrived into lean tissue and fat, and grades the split. It watches the speed too. Muscle goes on at roughly 1 to 1.5% of bodyweight a month at the very best. Anything faster than that is fat. It also catches recomposition: lean up, fat down, the scale barely moving. Most weight apps report that as nothing happening. A TAPE MEASURE Nine sites, ranked by how fast each one grows relative to its own size. A centimetre on a 35 cm arm and a centimetre on a 105 cm chest are not the same news. That gives you something the scale can't. If your waist starts growing as fast as the muscles you train, the surplus is bigger than your training can use, and you'll see it here long before you see it in the mirror. CUTS AND BUILDS AS BLOCKS Turn phases on and your training year becomes what it really is: a cut, a hold, a build. Each block gets its own result and its own lean-fat split. "That cut took off 7.6 kg, 5.9 of it fat." "The build after added 4.2, and 2.6 of that was lean." Put those next to each other and you've got a decent argument about how to run the next one. It's off by default. If you're here to lose two stone you should never have to read the word "phase". YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Steady never sends your health data anywhere. There's no account, no sign-in, no server of mine, no analytics and no tracking. The one network call it makes is to Apple's store, to check whether you've bought the unlock. Your weigh-ins live in Apple Health where they belong, and Steady reads them fresh each time. It writes back one thing: a weigh-in you typed yourself. Delete the app and your history is untouched. The muscle-and-fat split, the tape measure and phases are one small one-off purchase. Not a subscription. Everything else is free and stays free. Steady is an informational tool, not a medical device, and gives no medical advice.

Verdict
GLP 1 Tracker and Steady are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. GLP 1 Tracker sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Steady sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
