Roller Coaster Chronicles vs Passage AI

Roller Coaster Chronicles is a roller coaster tracker and theme park companion. Log all of your coaster credits, start a wait when you join a line to see exactly how long you waited and how that compares with the park's posted wait, check in when you arrive, and watch live wait times including fast lane. TIME YOUR WAIT Start a wait the moment you join a line and see exactly how long you actually waited. Your real wait is compared with the park's posted wait, so you can see whether you beat it, and it is saved to your ride log. The timer runs on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you do not need to reopen the app. LIVE WAIT TIMES Up-to-the-minute waits across 100+ parks. Switch between standby and Lightning Lane or fast lane times, look back at a ride's wait history, and see what to ride next. CHECK IN AT THE PARK Check in when you arrive and the app follows your day from there. It knows when you have reached the park, so your rides, waits, and meals all attach to the right visit. MEAL AND BREAK TIMERS Set a timer when you stop to eat or take a break and follow it from your Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island, so you can step away and get back in time. YOUR RIDE LOG Log every coaster and the wait you had, with a running credit count that grows each trip. Record the seat or row, rate the ride, and add private notes and reviews. STATS AND DASHBOARD Your stats in one place: total credits, rides by park, by manufacturer, and by type, top rated coasters, ride buddies, rankings, and breakdowns you can filter by park and date range. LIVE PARK VIEW See a park in real time: current ride activity, queues, and a scoreboard of what is happening right now. AUTO RIDE Auto Ride can detect when you boarded a coaster using on-device motion analysis. You confirm before anything is logged. ACTIVITY TIMELINE Every park day laid out as a timeline of rides, meals, and check-ins, with the time you spent in the park, organized by trip and by year. RIDE PHOTOS Add your own on-ride and park photos to your rides and build a personal gallery. RIDE WITH YOUR CREW Add the people you rode with, and see who you have logged the most rides with over time. WEATHER Park-day weather is saved with your log, so it remembers the conditions too. FAVORITES AND SEARCH Favorite your go-to rides and home parks, and search the full catalog in a tap. PARKING SPOT Save where you parked so you can find your car at the end of the day. FOLLOW ALONG Share a link to your day so friends and family can follow your rides, waits, and meals as they happen. YOUR DATA, YOURS Export everything to JSON, import from other tracking apps, and restore from a full backup. No lock-in. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your real name never leaves sign in, and the app shows no ads. Sign in with Apple or Google to start your next trip. Plan every day of a trip in seconds: real places, in an order you can actually walk, with room for a long lunch. Once you land, it becomes a guide. Every stop comes alive as you reach it. A planner before you go. A guide while you're there. PLAN EACH DAY Name where you're going and a whole day drafts itself in seconds: real places, in a sensible order, with meals where they belong. Then make it yours. Search any place, describe what you're in the mood for and let AI suggest something, or add a stop by name. One tap reorders a day into a smoother route, and you see the new order before anything moves. Walking, driving, and biking times run between every stop, with the forecast for when you'll arrive, so you know a day fits before you're standing in it. A LIVE WALKING GUIDE On the ground, the Guide leads the day stop by stop. Switch to the Live tour and the landmarks around you surface as you walk, each with its story. No digging through a map, no wondering what that building was. AI storytelling on the Live tour comes with a daily free allowance and runs uncapped on a Trip Pass or Annual Pro. EVERY PLACE, IN DEPTH Each stop carries a short story, the practical facts (hours, price range, what it's good for), and a photo. Rather listen than read? Have the story read aloud in the Guide, in a voice and at a speed you choose. KEEP IT ALL TOGETHER Attach reservations and confirmation numbers so nothing gets lost in your inbox. See what's still to arrange at a glance, and scan the whole trip for places worth getting tickets for in advance. Share the trip with the people going with you, full editing or view-only. WHAT'S FREE, WHAT'S PAID Real planning is free with no caps: maps, travel times, weather, reservations, the day optimizer, and sharing. AI features carry a monthly free allowance, the Live tour a daily one. A Trip Pass makes one trip unlimited, up to 14 planned days, Live tour included. Annual Pro makes every trip that way. Passage AI needs a free account (Apple, Google, or email) and your trips sync across your devices. Passage AI is a planning aid — always verify important details (reservations, prices, hours, safety, and travel requirements) with official sources. The Live tour is for information and entertainment, not navigation or safety.
